There was no warm neck pillow as I see in other reviews. She spent the whole time speaking to her coworkers in a different language and seemed like they were mocking and laughing at customers. When she finished, she told me to stay put so my polish could dry. Then 10min later told me I could leave without helping me up or anything. And said "Thank you, have a nice day," which was the warmest she had been throughout the whole experience, probably because she knew I was about to decide how much to tip her. Will not return.

From my perspective, the experience carried undertones of discrimination, and it was certainly unprofessional. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate channels, as no customer should be treated as though they are invisible or unwelcome.
