And they still charged me almost full price for refill +gel... after I pointed out the fact that I was leaving with no polish they dropped it by $7... but usually charges $20 for gel. How I leave with no gel & no regular polish + the wait! AND still charge me like there's a color on my nails?! I tried talking to them about the price being unfair because I am not polished! And my time was not honored and I was met w attitude! Professionally, they should have given me the choice upon arrival to 1- be flexible about the time or 2- reschedule... I picked my color and was directed to a pedicure chair. I didn't catch the nail techs name, but she asked me if I was having a good day. I said "I was, thank you, how about you." She responded, "Well, I'm at work." And that kind of set the tone for the visit. She seemed unhappy to be there, rushed through my $55 deluxe pedicure. I had to search around for the massage chair remote during the pedicure because she didn't hand it to me or set it up, as I'm accustomed to. Never offered me a drink. There was no warm neck pillow as I see in other reviews. She spent the whole time speaking to her coworkers in a different language and seemed like they were mocking and laughing at customers. When she finished, she told me to stay put so my polish could dry. Then 10min later told me I could leave without helping me up or anything. And said "Thank you, have a nice day," which was the warmest she had been throughout the whole experience, probably because she knew I was about to decide how much to tip her. Will not return.

The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, especially considering the time of day and the lack of any explanation. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. From my perspective, the experience carried undertones of discrimination, and it was certainly unprofessional. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate channels, as no customer should be treated as though they are invisible or unwelcome.

We were offered a beverage and opted for waters. Cute little bottles. Nice selection of colors - I picked regular polish instead of gel.
