They remember all our little nit-picky particularities and always deliver! I've had to visit other nail shops in the past when they've closed for holiday or vacation and I've ALWAYS regretted it. The best spa services and customer service has always been provided here... they even have clients who've moved across the lake, to Slidell, etc and STILL come all the way to Hi nails to get their nails/toes done. And they still charged me almost full price for refill +gel... after I pointed out the fact that I was leaving with no polish they dropped it by $7... but usually charges $20 for gel. I picked my color and was directed to a pedicure chair. I didn't catch the nail techs name, but she asked me if I was having a good day. I said "I was, thank you, how about you." I had to search around for the massage chair remote during the pedicure because she didn't hand it to me or set it up, as I'm accustomed to. Never offered me a drink. There was no warm neck pillow as I see in other reviews. She spent the whole time speaking to her coworkers in a different language and seemed like they were mocking and laughing at customers. When she finished, she told me to stay put so my polish could dry. Then 10min later told me I could leave without helping me up or anything. And said "Thank you, have a nice day," which was the warmest she had been throughout the whole experience, probably because she knew I was about to decide how much to tip her. Will not return.

From my perspective, the experience carried undertones of discrimination, and it was certainly unprofessional. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate channels, as no customer should be treated as though they are invisible or unwelcome.
