My party was large - sister, mom, my future mother and sister in-law, aunt and grandma. Bri'Zan and Alice did a great job of taking care of my whole party and myself. Everyone had a comfortable seat and my dressing room was spacious. I loved that we started the appointment by going through the racks and picking out dresses that we were drawn to. We got in and out of dresses quickly and Alice listened intently to what I was and was not looking for. In order to help me visualize the dresses in different lights, she even turned down the lights for me so I could see what it would look like as the sun set at our mountain venue. Talk about dedication! At the end of the appointment, I was torn between two very different styles of dresses and expressed that I had another appointment that I wanted to go to the next day while I was in town. Ultimately, I ended up finding my dress at a different place but I really did love my experience at Bri'Zan and would've happily purchased my dress there if we had found "the one" during my appointment. Thanks Bri'Zan - we will definitely keep you in mind for MOB/MOG dresses as we move forward with wedding planning!

I stood at the register waiting to be greeted while numerous employees (including the owner) walked past. It was only my group & another group so they were not busy. When I finally got helped we were told to pull what I wanted to try on so my MOH became the worker instead of them. My sales associate was completely unhelpful, disinterested & awkward compared to the other associate (who we are basically on top of because the place is super small). The dresses are all dirty & makeup stained, you cannot take photos & they upcharge all of the gowns compared to the other store I went to. I would never recommend the vibe or service here to anyone.

My mother went into this store earlier today, and had a terrible experience. I would advise anyone…read morewho doesn't want to feel body shamed not to bother. Apparently high-end fashion is only for small bodies, and despite many of the brands this store carries has sizes over a size 10, this store does not carry any of those items. While this is not exactly an uncommon experience in high end stores unfortunately, typically at other luxury stores the staff is at least apologetic and willing to help you order a correct size, but that was not the case here. It was also not like she was looking for a crazy size - 12 - and after a quick google search, many of the brands listed carry to a twelve, some even higher. Warning to anyone who isn't tiny, this store is not for you. You would be better off looking directly to the brand, or going to a different store that isn't going to make you feel like you have to look and be a certain way to shop there, or at least would be willing to help you find clothes that fit you

Wow!! (But not a good "Wow"). I visited Sweet William for the first time based on recommendations…read morefrom two friends. When I arrived, there were three employees in the store. I was the only customer. I was dressed nicely but not dressed-up. I am a firm believer that one need not "dress up" to go shopping. One woman who, I think is the owner, said "hi" to me but nothing more than that. Not one of the employees ever asked me if I needed help or what I was looking for. While I was looking around the three of them stood in the middle of the store chatting. My guess is based on what I was wearing (again, nice) likely made them deduce that I couldn't afford their clothing, nor was I the right clientele. Guess what? I could more than afford that store. I have bought many of the brands they carry from other stores. My husband and I have a HHI that I predict is well beyond any of their's including the owner's. That, however, should not matter. How unfortunate it is when people judge others so harshly and wrongly. Shame on all three of you women who were in the store today, August 3rd at approximately 2:30. My husband and I recently moved from the Gold Coast downtown. I can tell you employees at the stores on Oak St. (far nicer than Sweet William) were always welcoming, friendly and helpful. So many customer reviews say how nicely they were greeted; how helpful the staff is; great personal service etc. The staff I WAS NOT greeted by today was unfriendly and the epitome of snobby.

I unfortunately found out the hard way that most of them are made to measure! After searching through countless websites, I thought I would have nothing to wear to the wedding I was invited to, that is until I found Saris and Things. So many beautiful options and luckily, not only had ready to wear lehenga but the option to rent and/or buy! I fortunately found the perfect lehenga, and quickly placed as order for expedited shipping. 2 days before I was set to fly out for the wedding, I received a call from Neeru informing me my lehenga was unavailable! Panic almost set in before she offered me an even more beautiful lehenga and would overnight it so I would have it in my hands. I was concerned as I had never tried it on before but I am so happy Neeru came to my rescue. Not only did the dress fit PERFECT but I received the best compliments. I now regret not buying instead of renting, as of the date of this review, I have been invited to yet another traditional wedding. At least now I won't waste time searching elsewhere, as Saris and Things is now my go to.
