Monkland village is known to have many good restaurants and this pizzeria is definitely one of them! As soon as we arrived at the place, we were greeted and seated right away despite it being quite busy. Since it was our first time here, my partner and I decided to try the classic Margherita (tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil) as well as their Margherita Bianca pizza (Mozzarella, Parmesan, Fior di Latte, cherry tomatoes and basil). Our nice waiter helped us choose complimentary wines for our pizzas and he even let us taste a few options before picking the one we liked most. The food arrived pretty fast, and it did not disappoint! The classic Margherita's tomato sauce was delicious and the Margherita Bianca's mixed cheeses was so smooth and brought out the flavour of the cherry tomatoes. Overall, this pizzeria is a must-try if you're in the area - the atmosphere is nice, the staff is pleasant, the prices are fair and the food is delicious!

This is the second time I've come to this restaurant and the pizzas were delicious both times. It's one of the better pizza restaurants in NDG. My favorite was the Porcini pizza, but the Grilled vegetables pizza and the Spicy pancetta and figs pizza were great too. I also liked their Classic Caesar salad appetizer. For dessert, I got the cannolis (2 per order) and they were delicious. The affogato was pretty good too, but I haven't tasted it anywhere else, so I can't compare it to anything. Unfortunately the mixed drinks weren't that good. I tried the Gin and Tonic and the Bloody Caesar and both weren't properly mixed. It wasn't the worst I've ever had, but it wasn't worth the price. Next time, I'll stick with a beer. The other issue that came up both times was the service. Although the waiters were very nice, both times the restaurant was understaffed and it took a while to get our drinks and orders. The second time, they also forgot our reservation, but luckily there was an open spot when we came, so no harm done.

Very nice&trendy ambiance. Family friendly. The wait was not long (10 minutes). Napolitean pizza oven. Good classic italian pizza (comparable to any pizzeria in Little Italy). Good service. No complaints.

Love love love. Amazing staff & service. We had a very undercooked pizza and they immediately sent us a new one and didn't charge us for dessert. The drinks are very delicious and the vibe is just so fun.

I was skeptical when my friend suggested this new pizza place on Monkland for lunch....there's sooooo many new pizza places opening and most are like all the other old pizza places (not that great). No 900 is different, it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had! It's minimal ingredients for maximum flavor, not easy to do. The pizza dough is almost a cross between traditional pizza and Indian Nan bread and the result is delicious. Service was outstanding, very attentive friendly staff. It has an almost old world charm to it, like having freshly made pizza in Tuscany (ok, I've never had pizza in Tuscany so I really have no basis for that statement). Definitely give No 900 a try if you live in the Monkland Village or are in the neighborhood, you'll be very happy you did. P.S.- Take the ends of the crust and dip in the chili oil, mmmmmmmm

No. 900 on the edge of old Montreal (I think it is on McGill St) was such a treat! I got to know, in a very little way mostly, and more extensively in one case, all of the staff that run the front of house. Delightful, all of them! Kind of a graduate student crowd, very efficient, friendly, smart, and pleasant to talk to. I don't drink so I didn't try beverages. I was in town for the week so got to try several pizzas. The one that says it is spicy, is SPICY. I was at my limit but the delicious outweighed the spice and I did end up eating it all (in two sittings, not one!). I especially liked the milder italian sausage pizza and so wanted to try more of them.

Wish they would have told us it was going to be last call before we tried to order one more drink. The server told us that the bar closed ten minutes ago, and was very apologetic. So we ordered another pizza to go. We also had our last meal there. It was a little busy and they were short-staffed so they did not come around much and it took a long time to get our food that time. But it was worth it. Pizza is very good. So we're the meatballs.

I now have a pizza option that rivals the best of NY, New Haven, and all the rest! Pizza Bouquet is labeled as a hybrid of other styles (NY and New Haven) and they are spot on ... more leaning to the NY version. This is exceptional pizza created by an energetic and passionate staff. I have only been there once, but in that short visit it was obvious that the pizza reflects the people that work there ... creative, fun, unique, and welcoming. They sell several great pies and actually offer both slices and whole pies. I ordered a pepperoni and hot pepper pie but as I sat there I had to get a slice of their upside down pie. While they were both outstanding, I have to say, what I cannot stop thinking about was that upside down slice. That was freaking magical. I would eat it there through because of the complexity and nuances of the actual pizza. Do not let this one sit ... trust me. Overall, this is a destination pizza in my book ,,, welcome to the world of pizza relevance Pizza Bouquet ... you guys do it right. Special shout out to the lovely ladies that danced through the entire preparation of my pie. Loved everything about this place!

New Montreal style pizza…read more Considering I've not heard of or tried "old Montreal style pizza"; just sayin'. The crust, similar to the NYC pie. Thin, gently crisp, some chew and char. Easily foldable. Follow it up with just the right amount of quality ingredients are brought together in just the right proportions with quirky flair. Upside down pizza (cheese first, sauce on top) or stranger still, a double carb potato pizza. Speaking of, the potato pie is so good. All the ingredients from a potato mille feuille with a hit of fresh rosemary and grana padano atop the well made crust. Rich, creamy, nuff said. Equally good the mushroom with its "mushroom cream" (think a thin duxelles) base, rosemary to season and meaty creminis and motz to round it all out. Finally the sopressatta. I mean, come on, who doesn't love a cheese pie made even more complex with goat cheese, honey and grana padano? Sold by the slice or whole 18 inch pie. Inexpensive. Is it better than the NYC pie? No. But it's definitely not as boring either.
