There is no reason given, and although I understand things happen and come up, it doesn't reflect well on the business if I can't rely on them to consistently make their appointments. Not to mention their own cancellation policy requires 24 hours in advance. Although I intend to return to get my haircut this time, I'm not sure that I will continue to come back if appointments keep getting moved like this.

One came back only because she had to move and this place was where her old clients were. She is now getting mental health from there. If you had an issue that you would talk to the owner about, they threw it over their shoulder and do nothing about the many of the issues happening throughout my experience working there. It's now been ages since I had my hair cut, I shopped around and even cut it myself a few times (not great, but not hoooorrible!). Today I had an appointment with Brooklyn. She was amazing. Fun, vibrant, and I honestly don't even know what she did. I closed my eyes to drab sad heavy hair and opened them to fluffy bouncy curls. I went from a 6 to a 10 in her care. Added bonus is the head massage when they wash your hair. Not every stylist is even able to wash hair and have me relax, but the massage erased a fully stressful day that preceded it. Everyone in the studio was eye smiling and seemed to be having a good time, definitely a nice energy to be apart of.

I always feel like a million bucks when I leave Divine and I know I look great (and it doesn't break my bank like some places do). The salon is beautiful, clean, tidy, and it really has a great atmosphere. All of the girls are so kind and friendly.
