She's a one woman operation, so you have to make an appointment to see her. My advice, call a week in advance, just to be on the safe side. Her place is OCD clean and modern and she's always experimenting with new products from her "secret supplier". I guess she says that so you can only buy her products exclusively from her -_- I like how she can recreate any style you like from photos and magazines. You gotta be patient though; she's really careful and takes her time. Overall she gives great haircuts. I see all kinds of people come by; young, old, male, female, all races. We'll often book back to back family appointments and a few of us will go shopping or errand running while the other is getting hair cut or coloured. I always feel like a million bucks when I leave Divine and I know I look great (and it doesn't break my bank like some places do). The salon is beautiful, clean, tidy, and it really has a great atmosphere. All of the girls are so kind and friendly. The ladies are patient; I have never felt rushed. I took the kids with me in a stroller to get my eyebrows and upper lips done and they were nice about me bringing my stroller. The cashier even offered lollipops to my kids. It was $10.50 for both eyebrows and upper lips for threading, which is very affordable. I haven't used their other services but I do see a manicure and pedicure station. There is also a salon area.

No response. Last year after our 1st Covid lock down was lifted they said on Facebook they would call people who had appointments book over the lockdown. I never got a call.
