I would like to acknowledge Brenda's exceptional work and high-quality customer service…read more Over the years, I had the opportunity to meet with many businesspeople and realized what's important. Brenda is not just very personal and highly educated. Brenda is extremely passionate about her business and her goal is to provide a healthy and smart life for everyone. I do not know much about health and body care and Brenda is always very patient with me, my family and earned our trust very quickly. After multiple visits at Envision Medical, I realized how much mental and health weight she took from my mind and how much she helped me to care for my health and body! I even use sunscreen haha. I can gladly refer her services to my friends, Colleagues, business partners and to my family. Visiting Brenda-my life healthcare-friend was one of the best decisions everyone can make. I had a fantastic experience, and learned a valuable lesson on why we should look after our health in our short lives. Now, I can healthy focus on my business, family, and personal life. I feel good Thank you, Brenda!!! David Bier

I have had the pleasure of getting many many treatments by a registered nurse named Brenda that is employed there. Her skill and knowledge are above reproach and delivered in a hugely caring, empathetic, professional manner. She delivered my treatments with a manner that exuded precise attention to detail, acute care and attention were granted to listening to me and my own personal concerns, and she worked with me to develop a treatment plan that was individualized, comprehensive, and balanced. I look forward to my appointments at the spa knowing that I am given exemplary care and that my best interests are of upmost priority! Renu-Elle is a must for all your beauty needs!

As promised, I'm writing an update to my last review of Tropicalaser…read more I went to my scheduled follow up appointment last week after having micro-pigmentation on my eyebrows. I required a few more "feathers" drawn onto my new eyebrow line to fill them out properly. Micro-pigmentation takes about 90 minutes including the freezing gel application. It takes about a week to heal with frequent applications of Polysporin or other antibiotic gel. The dark, scary look fades after 2 days as the process heals. Itching is normal. Don't scratch! I'm looking like a starlet today! Is it worth $350.00? When all is said and done, YES. It was a big hit to the pocketbook, but I scrimp and save in all other areas of my beauty routine, so I think it evens out. I feel like I have a younger, sexier face. I'm very happy with Tropicalaser.

How do I find these borderline condemned looking places that actually house services that are…read moreperfectly sane and fine? I found this one through a coupon site with a good deal, and it had previously won Consumer's Choice awards in earlier years, so it can't be that bad, right? So, I decided to try them out! There seems to be a few shady practices in Edmonton that try to take your money and give you burns in return -- but Edmonton Laser Centre is professional through and through. The outside doesn't really shout "high end salon" -- no giant glass windows or modern furniture here. In fact, it's on the second floor of what looks like an almost run-down strip mall on 97st. But, inside, it's very clean, no-nonsense. Sort of reminds me of a Medicentre look. The technician who worked on me is an older woman who says she's been doing this for about seven years. She's very professional and sympathetic when you yelp a bit in pain (I went there for laser hair removal), but it's all very straightforward, no frills, no real conversation. If you want to feel super pampered or anything, this isn't the place for you. But, if you want to get rid of some unwanted hair, I'd give this place a try! Make sure you e-mail or call ahead: they are By Appointment Only, w/o regular hours.

I got a groupon for the 1yr unlimited laser, and they were very straightforward…read more Not idle chitchat or anything. I was supposed to go for just a consultation, but she ended up being able to take me right away. I was quite pleased as many of the laser places offering groupons had reviews of not being able to get in, or impossible to get a hold of them. Stripped from the bottom down, I had no idea what I was in for. A simple yet clean place, the woman was quite professional. She didn't explain much, only what was needed, handed me some cold air thing that looked somewhat pervasive and told me to spread em. She turned her machine on and I braced myself. Oh the pain. I had no idea the pain would be like this. With a minor smell of burning hair, I just kept reminding myself. Just one year and I'll never have to shave again. Just one year. No more razor burn. Within seconds it was over, and I don't think she got all the area I wanted, but I wasn't about to ask for more. All in all, I've already seen a difference and booked my next appointment (apparently i'm a sucker for punishment). The cold air thing really helped minimize the pain when I remembered I had use of my arms though. If you are looking to get this done, this company I would say so far are quite reliable and professional.
