My wife was waiting to be helped with shipping a package since they are a 3rd party shipper for Fed Ex. The experience was a nightmare. First off, she was asked to wait 10 minutes. While she was waiting she was skipped by 4 people. The same person who told her to wait AYANA took 4 people ahead. Then a man told her she needed to buy their tape so they can taper her small box. The box contained 4T (toddler) sneakers. You can imagine how small the box is. I wish I could remember his name. My wife had to look for tape and they were out. The man then took 20 minutes to find tape stock to sell to my wife. They finally printed the label and you'd think they were ready to ship. But no..they claimed Fed ex couldnt accept the package.
