I did not receive my order. One week after ordering, I contacted customer service. The rep told me she would contact the manufacturer and find out about the delay. She assured me I would get a call back from My Knobs on the next business day. I was skeptical, but I agreed. I did not get a call back. But I did notice, that the full amount was charged to my credit card. I called back a few days later and encountered what had to be the RUDEST customer service. Rude, patronizing, unhelpful. He said that he saw I was supposed to be contacted, but could not tell me why I didn't get a call back. He said the order was delayed by "a few weeks" and it would be shipped out directly by the manufacturer. I said that I didn't want to pay for the order until I had a delivery date. He said, that's not how it works and I needed to pay first "to reserve my place in line" for when the knobs are available. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and go somewhere else... He said.. fine, but they won't have your knobs either and you will just have to wait, anyway. I called to find out when the rest would ship and they had no idea (takes 2 days to get an answer) so I asked them to cancel the remainder of my order which they did not do. This company has the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on 12/4 and paid for expedited shipping. We never received our order and for the past 6 weeks I have spent countless hours with more than 5 different "customer support" reps trying to get either a resolution to either receive the product or receive a refund. Each time I was told it would be taken care of in 24-48 hours to no avail. I was told the delay was due to being short staffed in accounting as they only have 2 people working in that department. Regardless it shouldn't take 6 weeks for an appropriate refund and customer support reps shouldn't bother telling customers they "promise to follow up the next day" but never do. Best part of today's call was being told there was a restocking fee for an order I never even received. Do NOT do business with this company under any circumstance. There were only two sizes listed and I assumed these were the correct ones for my cabinets. My fault for not measuring. I need to send these back which should be easy - except it's not. I have to call you and make arrangements which is not customer friendly. So I won't be purchasing any more from this company. Minimally - a return form on your web site like Amazon would have been acceptable. The fact that I have to make special arrangements is super annoying to a consumer who does a LOT of on-line shopping. Contacted MyKnobs to return three items and order replacements, due to cabinet change by cabinetmaker. I attempted call them to discuss the issue and they refused help. MyKnobs is MyHorror! Buyer beware!!!! Images do not match the product description! That being said, the saleswoman in the showroom is fantastic. She is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Over the years we have spent many thousands of dollars with myknobs. Most recently we changed every door knob and hinge throughout the house. Approximately 35 doors. So that order was costly. Two weeks later we are ordering more door knobs for our newly finished basement. Once again with the assistance of the saleswoman. This time the order came in wrong. We contact myknobs and at first they seemed apologetic and stated they are aware of some products not having the correct images. They said they would get back to us to see how the exchange would happen. After a few days of no return calls and no reply to our additional calls my wife went to the showroom with the incorrect order. The saleswoman gladly accepted the incorrect order back and had no concern about some of the packaging not being there and proceeded to help with replacing the order. Great! All seems fine. A week later my wife finally gets a call from a unpleasant rep saying that they can not accept the return as some of the packaging is missing. This is what is unacceptable. They screwed up the site and therefore the order and now going to try a squirm out of it. Such nonsense. The issue is not about money it's the principle. We told them straight that we would have to dispute the charges and go elsewhere if a simple exchange was not going to happen. They responded with let's cost share and asked me to pay around $100.00. Again not about the money. They would rather offend us for a measly $100 than do the right thing. They said they would check with the owner and get back to us within 24 hours. 3 days later still no response so we started the dispute. So short sighted. Then the low moral so called people at myknobs sent the original incorrect order back to us for them to avoid being in possession of the goods to better their odds with the dispute. Guess what? We denied the package. Again short sighted. They probably spent $30.00 in trying to ship it to us. Dummies! So, aside from the saleswoman at the showroom the people behind this website are far from good decent people. I truly hope this review sways people from shopping here and avoid any outrageous nonsense that come along with their mistakes. PS, we placed the exact same order on another website and spent less money and the order was fulfilled without incident. My experience with myknobs.com was initially great. I ordered sample handles to determine the color we wanted to buy. Received the samples within a week. After choosing the color, we received an RMA number for returning three of the handles. It is now three weeks since the handles were signed for, and we have not as yet received a credit. I have contacted them by phone and email, without success. BTW, prior to this problem, we placed an order for 28 additional handles, which also arrived promptly. read more

They told me the manufacturer had backordered the product but when I called the manufacturer, they said they had "plenty in stock of each size". I actually ordered the wrong pulls for my refrigerator/appliances and didn't realize until well after the allotted return time. He finished on 8/20, except for the pulls. I got an email that day saying they would be here on the 21st between 8am and 9pm. So the contractor said he would come on the 22nd to install. I received another email on the 21st saying the truck was delayed and they would arrive on the 22nd between 8am and 9pm. I cancelled the contractor. They came later on the 22nd. Horrible customer service! I'm redoing the cabinets in my home and was interested in purchasing cabinet knobs in bulk from this company. I called to to inquire about the sizing of the knobs and for clarification on how the actual screws are measured to ensure that I would be ordering the accurate size knobs. The female staff that answered was very sarcastic and rude. I explained to her this was my first time buying cabinet knobs and that I purchased an open ended screw labeled 5/16. I asked if that would be considered the threading size (once again this if my first time and I do not know what threading size means and I wanted to be sure that I was purchasing the correct knobs) and she said "I mean yea, that's what you just said right" as if it was a burden for her to answer a potential customer's questions! I am definitely not spending $1 with this business. I rather spend my hard earned $$ with a company equipped with staff who are willing and shows interest in helping you than somewhere that makes you feel like less of a person for asking about the products.
