Hardware was 25% cheaper than suggested retail plus I ordered during a 10% off special. Was told by my contractor that these were "back ordered" and wouldn't be available for weeks. My Knobs had them drop shipped from the manufacturer and I had them in my hands within a week. Customer service even helped me apply the 10% coupon after I had placed the order (my fault)! Don't fault them for the quality of the hardware you receive, fault the manufacturer and your diligence in selection. read more

I have had good experience in the past simply ordering from the company, and customer service has been kind and accommodating. However... I recently wanted samples of a few pulls and knobs - not inexpensive ones - with the intention of order A LOT of the my choice pulls and knobs. I ordered the samples. Boxes came in directly from 5 manufacturers, generally without telling me what sample they were. I could not easily reconcile what these were with my order invoice. The worst part: I wanted to return most of these samples. Well, I could do that, customer service kindly informed me; but they all had to go back to each of their individual manufacturers individually. Beyond postal charges and the major pain in the ass of packaging & posting them, their would be restocking fees in most cases. Not worth the bother, but I blew a few hundred bucks - and I will undertake my take my quest for knobs elsewhere like Amazon that makes returns and selection so much easier. read more

I purchased a coat rack. The backboard of the rack is made of laminated cardboard and is of poor quality. My Knobs shipped the coat rack in EXTREMELY POOR packaging - basically sponge cardboard pieced together in China. Company did not provide any extra protection in shipping while charging excess shipping. This resulted in damage in shipping. SEE PHOTOS. Very poor return policy - you will end up being ripped off. Even if returned for damage be prepared to navigate a complicated return policy with substantial restocking fee charges. No Return Policy I purchased one cabinet hinge from Myknobs along with one cabinet hinge from four other companies in order determine the best match with my new gold knobs. When matching hardware, this is a common thing consumers do. Their hinge did not match the best along with three other hinges. I had no problem returning any of the other hinges. However even though my purchase was within the 30 day window , Myknobs refused to allow me to return the product because I installed the hinge to view it with the cabinet knob. Again this is something I did with all the other hinges and typical for consumers to do when they purchase a sample. Do Not Order From My Knobs! Customer Service is TERRIBLE! I placed an order on a Friday 2 day AIR. Paid $29 extra Dollars to make sure the order would arrive quickly. It will actually take one FULL WEEK for the pulls to arrive! It is Tuesday (order placed Friday during working hours) and because the tracking had not advanced at all, I insisted she call the manufacture to make sure they had received my order and they would actually fulfill the order. She did not offer to check anything on her own. She informed me that My Knobs does not complete or place any orders over the weekend so my thought is...the 2 day air should not even be offered! The Customer Service Rep was extremely indifferent. Later that day, I checked tracking again, tracking stated the package was being returned to the shipper?!? I ordered a towel ring from emtek on 12/06/23. Fed Ex reported the product missing to my knobs. My knobs marked it as completed/ Delivered. I had to call to state what fed ex already reported to them reported to them, They at the time said "oh Yeah I see that" at the time of my call is when they issued a replacement. No further communication until I called again on 2-9-24. They stated we just issued you a credit 1-29-24. I have received 0 communications/ explanations as to why they can not fulfill the order. Extremely poor customer service. Ordered 72 cabinet knobs from this company and could not install them right away because of cabinet delays, which are not unusual nowadays. Found out that I needed fewer big handles and more small handles than I ordered, but MyKnobs refused to help with any returns/exchanges after 30 days. My handles were in factory sealed packages and resealable as they were shipped to me. Their site shows thousands of each in stock and ready to ship, so what difference would it make to take back such a small quantity - even with a restocking fee? You can do much better with your money elsewhere from people who actually care about the customers who buy from them. read more

They arrived in just a few days, but somehow two handles were the wrong color. The woman who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer. She said new handles and instructions for the old ones would be shipped in 7 to 10 days. They arrived within 3 days land had instructions to donate the old ones to a charity. They don't return calls, don't follow up with updates as promised, the representatives just want to get you off the phone so they can forget about your issue and get to the next. The call always starts with "in order for me to update you on status I'll have to call you back", WHICH THEY NEVER DO. Then I have to call them back for the update.
