After 3 lens remakes was lucky to eventually get a working pair of glasses…read more The First Virtual Exam was completely useless. The Second Remake was also useless. The Eye Wear Fitting Staff conceded that a usable pair of glasses was not possible and offered to refund my money for the frames and lenses minus the $79 Virtual Examination Fee. When I reminded them of their initial commitment to work hard to deliver a new pair of usable glasses they grudgingly agreed to another Virtual Eye Exam which apparently costs extra money they did not want to spend on what they decided was a losing proposition. Luckily, the Retake Eye Exam was completed by a "More Competent" Virtual Optometrist who prescribed a Working Eye Prescription. Got a Great Deal on Two(2) Pairs of Glasses and Progressive Lenses. Cheers to "DOMINIC" and "BRIANNA" who went the Extra Mile in delivering a great pair of New Glasses At a Great Price. The Virtual/Remote Exam and Eye Ware Fitting Staff will depend on whether you are lucky or not and get the right people to do the job, right.

When I was checking out the gal said it's going to cost you $360 with your insurance but I can get you a discount if we go out of network. That statement right there gives me the impression Im in network but its cheaper if we go out of network. Come to find out I was NEVER IN NETWORK. Why in the hell would I want to get glasses out of network. They knew I was out of network and purposely did not tell me because they knew I wouldn't do business with them. With my insurance it will cost me $180. They charged me $250. They have 2 choices, either honor my insurance or refund me fully so I can go to an in Network. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS COMPANY DOES SHADY BUSINESS!!!

Guess, Old Navy, H&M, Kate spade, fabletics, Gap outlet, bath & body works, Under Armour, Columbia. However, the stores didn't seem like outlet, at all. They seem to be full price and even with a sale, it didn't seem like much of a deal. All of the stores were very cleanly and organized. There were some really friendly associates and they were not so friendly associates. Most of the people shopping were in good spirits though. I love the layout of this mall. It's one story, it goes in a circle, so you can't miss a store and you will remember where you parked. Lol. Every few steps you take, there's a Restroom and Vending Machine. There are some tables outside the stores, to take a break, if you get tired. There's also a water fall in the center that has oversized Chairs around it that is very popular. People like to take pics there.. If your in the area check it out. Tell me what you think.

I always return, whether I'm shopping for family or taking out of town friends shopping. There's a Buccees just across the street & of course that in itself is shopping extra for all kinds of paraphernalia souvenirs. Plus the BBQ food fest! We love it!

Exemplary service at Ace Hardware in Justin -- especially from Miguel!…read more I brought my trimmer in because I needed a small replacement part. I showed Miguel a few pictures of what I needed, and he wanted to make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. I mentioned that I actually had the trimmer with me in my truck. With a grin, Miguel said, "Well, let's go take a look at it!" We walked outside, and before I knew it, Miguel was carrying the trimmer back into the store for me. He took it to the back and discovered they didn't have the part I needed in stock. But here's what impressed me: Miguel didn't come back and tell me he couldn't help me. He found a solution before he ever told me there was a problem. Once he figured it out, he wrote up a ticket, handed it to me, and told me to head to the checkout while he took care of the trimmer. I paid, and when I got to the front, Miguel was already there waiting for me with it. Then he offered to carry it all the way back out to my truck! I assured him I had it from here... The entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. That's what great customer service looks like--friendly, proactive, efficient, and focused on finding a solution rather than explaining why something can't be done. Miguel, along with the other staff members who helped me, absolutely lived up to the Ace Hardware reputation: "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks!" Outstanding job, Miguel. This is exactly how you earn a loyal customer.

On May 24th I decided to purchase a Weber Grill from Ace. An E335 Weber Natural Gas Grill, Weber…read moreGrill cover, Weber Griddle totaling $1,674.89. Learned the Justin Ace Hardware was the closest store that had this grill in stock. Great fairly close should be simple. It's been anything but simple. Originally, I was under the impression the grill would be delivered on Tuesday, May 26th but as the order processed the delivery changed to Thursday, May 28th. I received no communication from Ace with any updates so I called the Ace Justin location and learned my grill was ready and it would be delivered in a few hours (Thursday morning). I also learned though that the Weber Griddle wasn't ready as it was in route to be delivered the next day. I learned the Ace Rhome location had a griddle and asked if they could stop and get it and as it would prevent a trip the following day. Great everything is lining up perfectly. I asked the guy the condition of the grill and told him I was pretty picky. No scratches or dents and to inspect it closely. He assured me it looked great. The delivery guy arrived within just a few hours and I joined him on the truck to give the grill a go over. It was super noticeable that it had scratches on the stainless area near the knobs, directly in front. I grab some stainless cleaner to make sure and sure enough it was "damaged" and I simply explained to the delivery person I couldn't accept it. He indicated they had problems with the guy who does the assembly but that he was friends of the owner. I'm not sure how the scratches got there but knew I wasn't buying a Weber grill for $1,700 that was damaged. I ended up calling Andrew, a manager and explained the situation. The driver was on the phone with another manager who insisted the Entire order be returned. Andrew apologized and the driver left with all 3 items. The next day the credit had not been processed. I called and spoke again with Andrew the next day and he indicated I needed to cancel the order via their online platform in order to get the credit. Great, signed on with him and canceled the order. Received a notification that it would take 1-2 days to process the credit. What? Ok no worries. 2 days go by and I call their web team since I placed the order via Aces Website. The CSR called the store, confirmed it had been returned and explains it would take 7-10 days for a credit to post. It was at that very point I became upset and asked to speak to a manager. He indicated I would need to speak to the store management team. What? I requested that he call them and get them on the phone so I wasn't going back and forth. I waited on hold for approximately 15 minutes until someone at the store jumped on. I believe his name was Mike. He indicated the issue was with the griddle but he was taking care of it and I should see the credit post shortly. Nope. Here I am and it's the weekend and no credit had posted to my American Express. I've already purchased another Weber Grill from Lowe's and it will be delivered on June 6th. Fingers crossed. I went with the Weber stealth model to avoid the unnecessary scratches to the stainless steel even though I just had a new secondary refrigerator delivered and Lowe's did an amazing job. Every step was communicated and they were on time, professional and best part no scratches. I like to buy local. But it's times like this where you learn a lesson. ACE Justin...DO BETTER! All this was unnecessary....

It's sad to see the negative comments on here, but I think people who have not had a good…read moreexperience tend to "sound off" more than people who have had a good experience. No place is perfect, but Robson Ranch is close enough for us. We built a house here in 2003, we're still here and we plan to stay as long as we are able. We've lived here longer than any other place we've ever loved. Sure, there are a few negatives. Some people come here and get frustrated with the strict HOA rules, but that keeps the community looking much better than neighboring single family housing additions where your vehicle can hardly get down the street because of cars parked on both sides. The HOA dues of almost $2,000 every six months will freak out some people, but the list of top shelf amenities you get is too long to list here. Not to mention the large common areas that have to be maintained. The golf course is very good and mostly separate from the HOA dues. One problem the developer had, especially initially, was they had not built a community outside Arizona. The Texas location remains the only one. They had an "Arizona" mentality and catered to snowbirds and designs that were popular there (except no tile roof here.) We still have some consternation with the developer, but for the most part, things are good. The developer has some homeowner representation on the board, but they still have control and will continue to do so until the last new house is sold. A positive thing, not just with Robson Ranch, but everyone who is over 65 with a "homestead", the city, county and school taxes are frozen. Our taxes have come DOWN significantly in the past few years. It beats going the other direction, especially since we have no children in the schools here (and never have anywhere).

We built a new home in Robson's Saddlebrooke Ranch in Oracle AZ and took possession in late 2021…read more It took us 2 years to have everything fixed in our home that was faulty. Not enough space on this review to name everything. Now we have an AC condenser that is so noisy, our neighbors are complaining about it. We had ChasRoberts come out in early 2025 and they said that they would not warranty a noisy CARRIER condenser. Now we are looking at replacing our HVAC system so we can sleep at night without hearing our AC. Robson put in a under powered system by having three zones in the house to get an energy efficiency rating. That puts a strain on the condenser we've been told. We know quite a few people in the community that have had to replace their HVAC systems within 10 years of it being built. The cost $15k - $20k. That is not right. Our paint on the exterior of the house is showing signs of fading. Neighbors have painted their houses already. $7k - $10k. 5 years!!! Robson seems to use very cheap things and you have to wait in line to have things fixed. Our condenser should be replaced as it only lasted three years. I would not buy a new build home in a Robson community like ours and only look at resale. Consider this if you are planning on building in a Robson community. One more thing. They sold us a model that could not be built here at Saddlebrooke Ranch. That's another story. Neighbors here at SBR community are great. That kept us here.
