Now I have to have another eye exam at my own expense since my insurance had been used. The office personnel wouldn't return my calls and on my last call, she slammed down the receiver.

She has treated multiple eye infections and without a doubt, she always nails it with my prescription for glasses and contact lenses. I always have a very pleasant experience from the second I walk through the office door to the moment I leave. I called later because I have an appointment scheduled and they still hadn't been sent. She assured me she would get them out ASAP that she was gathering them all together. She promised. I called 3 days later and she said ( sounded like same girl) that they had not been sent at all. nothing had been done! She assured me that she would do it , "Right now, as soon as I hang up the phone." Called again this afternoon and had to leave a message. Meanwhile called new doctor and thy hadn't received a thing. Also, dr. Nguyen knew I was moving so she ran the tests she said I needed for the other doctor. Turns out the new doctor is going to run the same tests because all new patients have to use their testing to be treated.

I liked a certain wired topped frame but I wanted the lenses to it to be bigger so I could get bifocals with computer distance on the bottom. He can do that! He explained to me the difference between reading glasses distance and computer distance. It turns out I use the computer distance far, far more than reading distance. His frame selection is good but he can work with any good quality frame and he'll let you know if your frames will work. Some guys will sell you you anything just to make a buck, Randy is the opposite. He'll give to advice about what will work best and has been doing this business so many years he really knows what he is doing. (My advice is to listen to his advice.)

Don't buy from this place unless you want to wait a good long while. Finally got my glasses after a month and they were not good! He looked at my warranty, saw that they were still covered, and picked up a replacement set on the spot. He popped the old lenses out of my Glasses and pop them into the new frames without making me wait at all. All I had to do was pay a $25 co-pay and I had a brand new set of frames. Thank you so much!
