I am in the military and by the time the contacts came, I could not get back to have them recheck my eyes to see where the problem was (where the prescription was wrong or the trial pair was wrong). I asked if I could return the $600 in contacts and get my money returned, so that I could scramble and try to get my eyes checked again (which I would again have to pay for) to see what my prescription actually is and get the correct contact lenses before I deploy in 2 weeks. The Florence Office manager (who is the one that oversees exchanges of contacts) basically and said they would not do refunds, even in this situation where the error lay with them. She also implied I lied about getting a different trial prescription. If you value your money and time, do not come here.

The only thing that was done was a trial pair of lenses for my new prescription. So the whole thing was 150.00 dollars somehow. I didn't get a break down of the fees I was charged just a generic receipt. Also, the doctor didn't write my prescription like she said she was going to. I'll stick with Walmart.

Avoid* over 10 years with this practice we are all moving to a different one. ​A very distressed daughter who now has to wait until next week to be seen by the new practice, with over an hour of driving to her campus and back. Save yourself a headache because if there are any hiccups you are nothing to them. The doc goes on to say we were offered to be worked in, which is not true at all. I was shocked to hear this and also told it was our error that "by the time wellcare gave them a verbal confirmation at 808 from 802 am, it was filled. The doctor also went on to say this is a common issue (so why not wait even 10 minutes to clear it up) I have the call logs and Stand by my review, what happened today was not fair to my daughter and the staff behavior was unacceptable.

The Dr. told me to call so everything would be billed out before it ends but nope couldn't seem to get that through to them. So great I'll get a temporary pair but nothing else....... You only see the Dr for the exam But horrible experience with customer service last a long time. After I get my things I don't think I'll go back...... I can't make promises for everyone to have the same result, but I'm very picky so his ability to do this with such ease was such a relief! Also, his whole staff couldn't be more pleasant! They even worked past close to be sure I got exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed or unsure about anything when we were talking. They made the process easy! Their computer said it was later than it was. Unbelievable! Pretty sure my phone is more accurate. 1 person in the waiting area that holds 50. No cars. Apparently no business. They did try to change my time earlier in the week but I was unable to accommodate. Looks like they got their wish. I will NEVER go back and suggest you stay away. Horrible, unprofessional staff!!!!!
