I have been wearing progressives glasses for 25 years and buying new glasses every 1 to 2 years…read more during those 25 years I have never returned a pair or been unhappy with the product. however, Visionworks was the absolute worst experience I ever had getting glasses. The following summarizes my basic issues. 1. The customer service was the worst i have ever experienced. The agent working with me basically said my Expectations were not reasonable. She refused to work with me. She walked into the back room. Our entire encounter was less than 5 minutes. I will say that one of the original agent's colleagues gave me a card on my way out. She said to call that number to complain. 2. The glasses were not fitted properly and i got received no help from any staff member. 3. I wanted progressive reading glasses. for distance I do not need glasses. I could read better with the $20 reading glasses I got from Amazon. I was told my expectations were above visionworks standards. the only good thing I can say is they made it very easy for me to return both pair of glasses for a full Refund. Please do not waste your time with this establishment. it seems that there is very little quality control or customer service standards.

We ordered new lenses for my husband following cataract surgery almost two months ago; they were…read morepromised in two weeks. Cannot get a real person on the phone to tell us what the holdup is. When I check the status of his order online or by phone (recording) we get "Pending" or "Has been shipped, will be available within three days." Still waiting; don't know what to do. My husband needs the glasses.

Had my eyes examined here and ordered new glasses as I have for the last 15years. The optometrist…read moretold me that there was a very slight change in one eye, it was not necessary to get new glasses but it was up to me if I wanted to. I did want to order new glasses so I did. Glasses came within a week but I could not see through them. I wore them a few days as they recommended, telling me that my eyes may need to relax and adjust to the new lenses. After two days I returned to the vision center and told them I could not see through them. All was blurred through these new glasses. The tech re-checked the measurements and return the frames/lenses to the lab for new lenses stating that I was experiencing lens "distortion" and that they would have new lenses made with a material that should fix this problem. When the new glasses arrive, they were the same, no change in the blurred vision with them. I told them they were still wrong, I could not see through them and that I would have to return them if they couldn't make them right. They let me return them no problem but, there was no interest in making them right. They just kept telling me the problem was "distortion"? I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years and have never experience this lens "distortion" that they said I was experiencing in any glasses I have ever owned? They were not interested in making anything right about this. I submitted a complaint to Walmart Corporate who told me they forwarded my concern to the manager this Vision Care Center and all I have heard is crickets, no response or any concern, interest or attempt to fix the problem. I will never use this Vision Care Center or any other Walmart Vision Care based on this experience. I do not recommend.

Well I went there because of an employer recommendation but the thing is I sat there an hour almost…read morehour and a half past my appointment time, while people that walked in after me being taken back before they even took me back. Then while waiting for my orders to come in they called and told me that my lenses had arrived scratched. Makes me very disappointed and upset with this place because I paid out of pocket dor what my insurance didnt cover but it frustrates me that this place they didnt even tell me that they were running behind with video appointments before I traveled about 30 minutes to get there for my appointment cutting it close to my appointment time to fill put the paperwork and to be sat in the hallway whole NOBODY informed me that the type appointment that I had was behind and that there was a wait. Some of the staffing needs to be replaced with people thay have better customer service skills and attitudes. NOT GIVING ANY STARS BECAUSE OF MY EXPERIENCE FOR THE VISIT I HAD

I took my father for a yearly exam on 10/11/2024. He is 92 years old and has Parkinson's disease…read more He walks with a walker. I go to every appointment with him. I cannot believe the change in this office for the NEGATIVE within the period of a year. His doctor is Dr. Grove. He is a wonderful Christian man. That did not change. But for the 10 minutes that we were with him, it really was not worth the way we were treated by the other office staff. I believe sensitivity training is in order for how to speak to an elderly patient. The first technician was RUDE. When she spoke to my father there was no kindness. She was totally doing her job and that was it. When she attempted one test, she was so incompetent that she had to get 2 other employees to help her. Maybe if she would have used better directional words my dad could have understood the task. Instead, she rudely sighed, said "nope" out loud and went to get help. When the trio came back, I said "let's remember he's 92 and he has Parkinson's ". At that point, nurse #1 told me I could have a seat in the waiting area. I said "absolutely not. I'm staying right here". So, after that, I was targeted as the B and my father's treatment went further downhill. The girl who did his refraction never made eye contact with me and said not one word of encouragement or kindness to my father. I'm sure nurse #1 told her how terrible I was. I left this review in the hopes that anyone having an elderly parent/relative going to LEC for an appointment goes with them to protect them from the generation of workers who are there now. They are RUDE and do not care for the elderly. DO NOT GO HERE! I would have put 0 stars for this review if I could have!

Dr. Grove is the best ophthalmologist that I have ever had. The staff is above and beyond…read more They are the template of what all doctors offices should be.
