Fast forward to my last exam, they sent the bill in my husband's name and he paid no attention to it and now I must pay upfront. Also, my husband's insurance paid for a specialized kit to fit him for hard contact lenses due to an eye condition. They did not work out and since he did not get the contact lenses, he was charged $800.00. To echo what someone else said, the business manager was rude and vague when questioned about this charge. I was hesitant at first because they are more expensive then other eye doctors I've been too, but for good reasoning! They spent a lot of time explaining everything, I felt like I left there learning a lot of interesting information. I feel bad for small businesses like this who don't get a lot of online reviews.
