Most of all he's a great surgeon and she Is healing well. His surgical team was excellent as well. He is very kind and caring too. She is also being treated for Glaucoma by Dr Piette. During our drive here, both of my pairs of glasses broke. The temples on each pair came apart near the joint. I found Hartzell online, and stopped in on Monday to see if they could be fixed. The woman who was working there couldn't not have been more friendly, polite, or helpful. Neither of my frames are currently made or in stock. That didn't stop her. She was able to find a piece in her spare parts that fit one of the frames. She glued the other. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. The kicker was that she didn't charge me. She said there was no charge for glue, or for spare parts. She wished me well, and sent me on my way. Nothing could have been done differently to make this experience any better.
