5 stars isn't enough in my opinion. I received amazing service from Kevin Sabourin. He went above and beyond.

One guy left us waiting while he chatted to all his co-workers and ate some cake. The best part? I brought my car in for winter tires and the mechanic accidentally "forgot" to tighten the bolts on the tires. My dad drove down the street and nearly crashed. If he would've died, would they have taken responsibility? Most likely not. Irresponsible, ignorant, and stupid workers. They know NOTHING about cars. Go somewhere else or risk your life.

Fortier Ford work previously on the Explorer, go back there and ask them to repair their wrong doing...!? End up getting it repaired in Gatineau under the warranty!!? bought a Lincoln LS v8 somewhere else and had some piston issue, after $5000, and the car stated to have the same shaking problem in Jim Key parking lot( I had just pick it up. I contact the Vice President of Ford canada( lucky for me, my wife was selling inscription software to ford at that time)and explained to him that I had 4 visit at Jim Key and after $5000, the car was still vibrating... 2 days after I got a call from the dealership to go back and drop my car, their give me a loaner, repair the car and gave me $3000 back, this Is because the VP put pressure, the Service manager did not seem happy with me, went I picked up the car back that was my las visit at that dealership i'm still a Ford Guy, but my F-150 come from Embrum Ford!!!

It's the second time I deal with them and never again.

Absolutely the Worst Experience - Do NOT Trust Pathway Hyundai…read more I purchased a used vehicle from Pathway Hyundai for $15,000 after being explicitly told the car was in excellent condition with no issues whatsoever. I took their word after doing a test drive and a basic look-over, but shortly after purchasing the car, serious problems began to surface--issues that were not visible during a test drive and should have been disclosed upfront. The car was not properly aligned, two of the speakers didn't work, one was completely blown, the windshield was poorly installed, and worst of all the car is not properly aligned--a serious safety concern. None of these problems were mentioned at the time of sale. I emailed several managers at Pathway Hyundai and was met with complete silence. No reply. Not even a courtesy acknowledgement. When I finally called and got through to a manager, I was met with rudeness and blatant disrespect. The manager literally laughed at me and said, "It's a used car, what do you expect?" When I explained that I expect to be informed of major issues with a vehicle before dropping $15,000, he didn't apologize or offer a proper solution--instead, he brushed me off and offered nothing but a so-called "deal" on fixing the issues they lied about or failed to disclose in the first place. This has been, without question, the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. The lack of honesty, integrity, and basic customer service at Pathway Hyundai is absolutely unacceptable. If you're considering buying a vehicle from this dealership--DON'T. They will take your money and leave you with a mess, and they won't care one bit once the deal is done. Avoid Pathway Hyundai at all costs.

I only gave 1 star b/c I had to. This was by far the worst car buying experience i have ever had…read more We negotiated a deal with Liam and then when we were taken to the finance office, they tried to add $2000 b/c I wanted to finance a small portion of the purchase (as previously told to Liam). When I said no, and was trying to figure out what was going on, Ibrahim (who was trying to convince me he was doing me a favour), just spoke over me and wouldn't listen. Finally I told him to stop and listen to me - he replied and said I should "calm down". I was done. Ready to leave the deal behind, we were approached by Mike Lebrun and told they'd give us $500 to compensate for the issue if we proceeded with the purchase. After the weekend we agreed to proceed - told we could pick up the vehicle on Saturday. Upon arrival, we test drove and noted the tail light was still not working (part of a safety) and we had pointed this out to Liam during our original test drive - he assured us it would be fixed. Also the $500 cheque we agreed to wasn't ready - Liam documented we could pick it up at the same time we come for tail light repair. We left the dealer and about 1.5 hours later had a call from Liam that he forgot to give us the ownership. We had to go back. Not even a week later HUGE issues with the truck - went back to speak to Mike Lebrun who assured us that they'd fix it - our own mechanics looked it over and knew was the issue was but Mike said their mechanics had to review it. As for the cheque, he said they just deducted it off the price of the vehicle - this was not the agreement, AND, it was in writing that they were going to provide a cheque upon our return. So there goes that. They had the vehicle for almost 3 weeks - we spent countless hours trying to get answers, we made multiple trips to the dealer, were given all kinds of stories. Absolutely ridiculous. We communicated all the feedback we were getting to two highly qualified licensed mechanics to review all the info we were getting - not accurate, not truthful and sub-par to say the least. Arriving at the dealer one night we were promised it would be ready - sat there for hours only to find out it wouldn't be done AGAIN. As I was speaking to Mike Lebrun about it, Mike the manager was providing commentary from behind his office wall - he didn't even have the decency or professionalism to come out and speak face to face. There are so many issues to include in this post - Liam while pleasant is not overly organized or competent, Ibrahim was pushy and disrespectful (perhaps if I were a man I would have been treated better), Mike the manager is unprofessional, and somewhat incompetent and really doesn't care much about customers. Mike Lebrun was the only person who was professional and pleasant but his hands were tied due to working for a terrible organization. After weeks of service, we picked up the vehicle and asked for copies of the service records as well as info re: the warranty on the service. They provided us with a word document that didn't list any part #s or provide details. I have NEVER seen a service record like this - I question what was actually done vs. what we were told was done. There isn't even a name of the mechanic or garage where the service was done. I cannot say this more emphatically - DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. STAY FAR AWAY!!! We are 3 months post-purchase and still don't have a working tail light (they try to band-aid everything without really fixing it). Our 30 days purchase warranty was eaten up by the 3 weeks in their "garage". HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND. I have reported them to OMVIC and will tell EVERYONE I meet that this dealership is a joke. But perhaps I'm overreacting and should, in Ibrahim's infinite wisdom "just calm down". Buyer beware - spend your money and time elsewhere.

I'm paying for a vehicle that can't be safetied in Ontario, where I purchased it in Nov 2018 and March 2019 it's still not fixed. Have been given excuses, the run around and everyone passing the buck, with no one taking responsibility for the problem. I phoned Acura directly about parts and was told that the parts the car I bought needed are not available and have not been for awhile. So the dealership sold me a car that COULD NOT be fixed. I filed a claim with OMVIC and now after 5 months they are saying they can get different parts, and will fix it but this is only after OMVIC involvement. Dilawri is in their company name but they are not part of the Dilawri group. Moe was the guy who sold us the vehicle, Chantal was the salesperson and they both lied repeatedly.
