Customer service has been very poor, especially once the sale was completed. Concerns are often left unresolved for weeks, and it feels like you are constantly waiting without proper follow-up or support. We purchased a warranty, but later found out that basic issues such as heating and cooling are not covered, and even diagnostics are excluded. This was not clearly explained at the time of purchase, which was frustrating. The service centre experience has also been disappointing. Booking basic maintenance such as an oil change has been inefficient and slow, with limited availability and poor scheduling coordination. On top of that, after a service visit, there was damage found on the vehicle, which added to the frustration and lack of confidence in their handling of the car.
