Please beware of this dealer, they are two face ,they have asked us to remove the previous review and we thought they agree to fix the issue for us
I came to finance 2017 Acura mdx car on June 26 just because I had 2 kids and new born baby , so I need to change 7 seats car, and I also think if I take car from the dealer it is safe for my kid but after 3 days ( not even a week) I started feeling something is not right with the car, it turns out it is a transmission issue that when the car doesn't go in to parking mode,. It skips to a different mode so we have to shift to Neutral and use the hand break, and the car may roll when we park uphill in neutral mode. It is very dangerous for surrounding. Car engine won't turn off, the car door won't lock, the battery died overnight due engine not turning off . We had to boosted .We have immediately contacted the dealer and reported this issue by the mail on July 6 and there was no responses from salesperson or dealer for few days .(Lucas, Andrew, Manny Sihag ...manager.)We then contacted them directly and I have brought their attention that I am not feeling safe to drive this car knowing that there is a transmission issue and I need it to drive my kids but they refused to provide any assistance. Then we wrote them a google review and a manager gets back to us demanding us to take down a review in exchange that they will look into the issue and fix for us. ( I had the record conversation between me and manager name Andrew , he said that) then they brought my car to Camco Acura and the Acura gave us the quote around 7 thousands to replace the Tranmission ,2 front axle nuts,front stab links and nuts And of course they not help me to fix ..I didn't think I have to pay so much money like that 3 days after I finance with KiA dealer .( I got so depressed) After that, KIA emailed me just only give me 1000 with the word Good Will , . Then they blamed it on us causing this problem. I don't know why they thinking like that, I am not buying car with 30 thousand for fun ! I have kids, they need to be safe .What do they think for the safety for clients?why did they pass safety certificate ? fHow is that even acceptable at this big dealer? I tell them if 1 months later , the car happen like that it's ok, I no complain anything, but it just only 3 days, and didn'tfeel safe for driving my kid but they seem not care about that.I came to the store to talk with the manager, told him the problem and he said when I got the car out from the dealer they doesn't care about even 3 days and even I have kids !!!!! After sit down with the manager I couldn't solve the problem, and I saw the client outside with 3 kids like me, and I told him I can go talk with her to get the experience from the client who buy car and have kids like me to see what she think if buy car for 3 days like that. And they called the police to come for purpose want me to get out of store because they scare to lose client , so why they don't think I also their client? But I was lucky , 2 polices guy had the warm heart , they really care about my feeling and the stay to talk with me and also they said happy birthday to me because that day was my birthday , .... we still have long story with that dealer but I don't have time to write more , they also blame us after everything , so I just hope if anyone read my review , so just be careful when you choose the good dealership for you and your family ! Hope they can care more about the safety for client after my review and be a good people when sale car for clients. Also, there are some 5 stars that I wondering where they got from? I hope ,when everyone come to this dealer you need to see some 1 star first before see the 5 stars because sometime, maybe they can ask friend or someone else, or can buy review to hide the 1 stars go down, I hope MTO, OMVIC or CBC news and Protection of child can involve or investigate this dealer, they scam !
They also deleted client review and said not give 1000$. So they think 1000 can buy kid safety? someone got just same problem! If anyone I can contact I need proof my phone 343-204-0956 read more
