Came in with my boyfriend so he could get a quick eyebrow thread. They did a good job. As I waited, I browsed the brochure and decided to get an eyelash tint as I have extremely fair lashes. This is how the EYELASH TINT went: She sat me back in the chair, I was eager and excited. She applied a Vaseline-type of product under my eyes and above, outside the lash lines. Then she proceeded to add a sticky tape-like item under both of my eyes. She then began with the dye or whatever it was she was using. She told me to KEEP MY EYES OPEN and started applying something to my lower lash line. My eyes began to burn because she had not dimmed the row of bright lights above on the ceiling. A blinked. How could I not. She continued with the lower lashes. I then felt the solution get into my eye/waterline/tear-duct area. It burned! She took a Q-tip and swept it across my waterline. I blinked a few more times. She then decided to lower the lights. I'm thinking, OH THANK YOU, finally. I feel more solution get into my eyes and my eyes begin to water and burn like crazy! She tells me to not blink. IS THIS HOW THIS GOES?! I think not. I told her I couldn't help the blinking, there was dye in my eyes and then after she realized how bad it was hurting and tears started to come out, she said "okay I'm wiping it off go wash your eyes in the bathroom". I ran into the bathroom and washed my eyes out. They were SO RED AND IRRITATED - they hurt like hell! I came back out and she then asks "is this your first time? Yeah, you can't blink so much." UH I DON'T THINK THAT BEING MY FIRST TIME HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. YOU GOT DYE IN MY EYES LADY. Also, how do you expect someone the keep their eyes open for so long, not blink at all, especially when you have a blinding light in their face. She then said "you can come back and try again tomorrow" --- WTF IM NOT COMING BACK TO YOU FOR THIS. EVER. WOW. DON'T EVER GET THIS DONE HERE. Has anyone else ever experienced something like this? It's amazing experience with Swati. She did my European facial 3 days ago. I don't have an appointment with Perfect Brows, that's why I've waited a lil longer. I can say it's worth waiting. When I walked in they gave me a warmed welcome. I feel comfortable right away because they make me feel the most important customer which brilliant customer service for me. My face breakout easy, a mixed of dry and oily, discoloration and hypigmentation. Swati explained everything and all throughout the facial she's telling me everything that she put in my face what's that for. After the facial for about an hour. I feel soft, fresh, brighter and clearer skin and it's amazing feeling. I'm so proud about my face. But guess what, they didn't asked me to buy any products, I have to asked. She gave me free one week supply. She give me an instructions which makes me feel better. A lot of skin care out there selling you all kinds of products which your not familiar with. I can only speak to her threading & lashes services, but she's very gifted with shaping and extraordinarily gentle with the process. She has a calming and warm presence, is efficient, and is really kind. The salon itself is clean, tranquil, and has lots of natural light, which makes for a relaxing experience. Here prices are extremely reasonable. You can make appointments online with her website, MyPerfectBrows so it's super convenient. There's street parking for those who aren't local, which can be a little tricky during peak hours, but opt for a morning or weekday and you shouldn't have issues. Highly, highly recommend to those looking for threading services (and the many other services that she offers) - especially if you're newer to threading, since she sets an amazing standard with respect to quality and technique. Malti is a true eyebrow artiste extraordinaire! My brows are both curly and asymmetrical, and I have had horrible things done in pursuit of making my brows match by others who claim to know what they're doing Yet Malti listened to my concerns, really looked, came up with a plan which she clearly articulated so that I wasn't sitting there fearfully praying that this time nothing would go wrong. Though she took her time, she didn't take forever, and my eyebrows are incredibly beautiful! This is the place and Malti is the woman! I love coming here! The place is very clean and has a cute design. I've had 3 other gals work on me before but I especially love Swati. She is one of the newer gals and does an excellent job. She is very sweet and really listens to your needs. The other places I've experienced have not been good so I'm happy to have found this place about a year ago. Patel is amazing! I came here few weeks ago as a Walk In just for eyebrow threading. I simply asked her if my brows would be good for lamination and she first said she had to examine them & she show some pictures her work love that!
