I usually only get my brows threaded here (no other service), and I will say sometimes the consistency with my brow threading could be better. I just had the BEST experience with Malti at this lovely salon. I have been to MANY threading salons over the years, and no one has offered the guidance I received in 10 minutes from my session with her. I have very thin brows because I'm a Y2K baby who plucked the crap out of my brows in the early naughts. Two decades later and I'm still struggling to achieve the thickness I'd like. Malti understood that and gave some very promising advice for how I can grow my brows. I love the look of my brows after my first session - which was quick, painless, and cheap ($11) - and I look forward to seeing her for a few more sessions to get thicker brows. Found this place on ClassPass and decided to check them out. From the start they were very friendly. It was my first time getting a lash lift and I chose to get the lash lift plus tint and WOW I'm so glad I did. Jonna was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The process takes about an hour but it's mainly waiting with you eyes closed so I took perfect opportunity to take a nap. Before I knew it she was all done and the results are incredible. They are so lifted without giving the heavy look that extensions give. It opens your eyes and The tint also makes me look like I have makeup on but natural. I was really hoping for a better experience based on the reviews. The nice part was I was able to be seen quickly as a walk-in, and the pricing is pretty reasonable. However, it was very "wham bam thank you ma'am" No real consultation or even a question about what I would like as a client. Other than a very basic clean up around the eyebrows, there was zero time or care taken and actually shaping the brow. I was in an out in five minutes. Though it was relatively cheap and convenient, ultimately I would rather wait longer and pay more to have the service done properly. read more

Believe the 1 star reviews. I went here looking for a simple eyebrow threading clean up. I left with a patch of my eyebrow missing. My lady was extremely rough with the thread so much so that she broke it on my brow and ripped that patch of hair out. She then proceeded to tell me that I already had the missing hair there after I just felt her pull it out! When she finally handed me the mirror I was HORRIFIED as you can see my brow isn't even brow shaped. After I looked like I was about to cry she told me that it was my fault my eyebrow was missing and she tried to "fill it in" before I left the shop. I have never had such a poor experience at a shop and after all that she still wanted me to pay AND tip. Every time I drive past this place I get upset. The photo says it all save your money and SAVE YOUR BROWS. I visited 8/27 and have pictures and a transaction to this location to prove it. This is not a wrongful review. You have me in the system as I signed my name for this service on that date. Again if you're a customer reading this please don't go here. I've been going to the location in LA for several years for various things. Figured I'd try out LB since I moved. I'm never coming back to this location now though. Got nose waxed - in LA, they put in pretty warm wax, put it in decently into your nose, wait 5 min, and then tell you when they're going to pull. Usually takes about 2-3 rounds to have crystal clear nostrils. Here could not be more different. Put in minimally warm wax, very shallow, wait 15 seconds, and just pull randomly without any notice. Also they reused the sticks (like both ends) and got strings of wax all over me due to carelessness which is super diff from LA. The lady was getting frustrated since she kept doing the same technique and I kept asking for it again due to basically no hair being removed - took 5 sessions - finally on last one she agreed to leave it in longer and it worked better but still with hair left in. Super annoying experience and I will not be back here. Also you should tell customer you are going to pull the hair I'm not sure why the experiences and techniques are not standardized between locations. The lady here said this is the normal amount of time to wait and depth to put it in here but it's very diff than LA and I get way better results. My nose stings way more now than after LA due to repeated attempts. She was good with aftercare tho she needs to try how they do it in LA..\ read more
