Have to update. Been coming here for 7 years now... I only do eyebrows but decided to do a lash lift this time. It's been almost a week and my lashes are curled so tightly that I can't even put on mascara without it getting all over my eye lids . I went back the next day to get it corrected as I felt like the solution was left on way too long. She put some conditioner and said my lashes should look 'less curled' in 2-3 days, still nothing. It really does look like half my eye lashes are gone. I do NOT recommend getting a lash lift here. read more

I had high hopes for this place because I have a few friends that come here and swear by this place. I went in this morning and got brow lamination and threading. It was my first time for brow lamination. She showed me pictures of her work and mocked up my brows to show me what they would look like. (They looked awesome) She proceeded with the brow lamination. I walked out and they looked awesome. I then drove home and looked in the mirror. I went here today get my lash lift after my lash tech cancelled and it was the most awful experience! She didn't apply a pad to my under eye lashes. And when she started sticking my lashes she also stuck my bottom lashes. In order to remove them she just forcefully pulled my bottom eyelid down to detach my lashes. She also rested her hand on my eye applying a ton of pressure to my eye ball. I had to let her know that she was starting to hurt me and then started speaking a different language. But that is not the WORST PART! After it was completely done she started cleaning my eye with rose water instead of regular water. She got rose water in my eye and told me to open and I couldn't! MY EYES WERE ON FIRE! And I immediately closed them and then she said "No, open! Don't close them" I told her I couldn't because they burn! And then she got more rose water to clean my eye and I told her that I want regular water for my eyes. She then said "No rose water is better, omg you are so sensitive". After finally handing me an eye pad with regular water and getting my eye burning under control she decided to point out all the redness in my eyes and said "look at all this redness, you should see a doctor." I've been going here for 5 years and I always went to the same person. But unfortunately she's no longer there and I didn't know that until I went in thinking she was there. So I let one of the other girls do my eyebrows threading plus tint. I hated them so uneven the color was so dark. And the next day I took a shower and everything came off the tint was gone. What a waste of money. I've been calling them since last Friday and no one ever answers the phone. That's really bad customer service. Why have a shop phone if no one ever answers it. No excuses when there about 8 girls in that little place someone can answer. I was gonna leave a bad review but it ridiculous that I've been calling for a week and no answer. Where is the owner she needs to get it together. I've seat in there and seen 2/3 girls at that front desk and not one of them picks up the phone. HORRIBLE!!!!! read more

Super easy to schedule an appointment and I leave with beautiful lashes that last for weeks everytime!

I normally don't tell people not to go to establishment because of one person, but I don't know who this person was, since they never introduced themselves to me and I don't want anyone to risk having this experience. My lash artist asked me you ready? And put me in a chair and never spoke one word to me until the end of our appointment. When she was done I looked at my eyelashes and said oh I'm not sure if these are even... she then sat me down in the chair and started to take pictures for proof that she did a good job, but she only took pictures of underneath my lashes, and none where they were straight on. In making me lay back down when I didn't want to, I verbally said no why do I need to, and she said "I'm fixing them" she then scratched my eye with the eyelash brush. It went directly in my eye. She told me that " it looks that way because you have a droopy eye" when she called the owner, the owner said "well it might be because you still have glue on your eye" then she said "well they look different but she definitely lifted them" When the lash person pulled the round bar that sculpts the eyelashes they were attached and glued to my eyelashes and pulled them hard. Please look at the pictures. It was the worst experience I've ever had with doing this. You should not get your lashes done for a few months after having chemicals on them so now I have to walk around like this for months. Don't go here. read more

The prices are hard to beat. The workers are friendly. I come in every now and then for threading. Earlier this summer, I decided to try a lash lift. The process took about an hour, and afterwards, I did not wash my eyes until 24 hours from the process, to allow the perm to set in. Once I washed my lashes, I was amazed at how curled my lashes were. When I applied mascara, I only needed one coat, and my lashes looked beautiful and doll-like. The only issue was that my bottom lashes were never separated during the lift process, and thus, curled up as well. They constantly tangled with my top lashes in the inner corners, and when I applied mascara to the bottom lashes, they looked awful. The lash lift lasted a full two months. I then returned for another lash lift; this time, telling the woman to separate my bottom lashes so that they wouldn't curl as well. This time, the solution was incredibly pungent, which made the process difficult to sit through. The yucky scent lingered even after I washed my eyes, for nearly a week. This time, I was very disappointed that my lashes did not lift and curl. Bummer! read more

She put products on me without asking if i was ok with it. Room was so small not where to put my belongings, didn't complete full service just wanted to get out of there. Worst brow lamination. She processed my brows twice and left them extremely coarse. The ends of my brows were even curling up and it was my FIRST brow lamination. This is definitely not their speciality. If you want a cheap brow lamination come here but I will def be investing more. They also don't give you any sort of aftercare. For a bit more of an intense service, CHEMICALS on your brows they really need to be careful. read more

My first time going here will also be my last. My initial impression was good...it was clean, and the lady at the front desk was friendly. There was a relatively short wait time (15 minutes). There were two women doing threading/treatments. One of the employees clearly had a cold. I had requested first available, and I drew the short straw and got her. I don't know her name, but she was the taller one, and had long hair in a braid. She kept sniffing and clearing her throat. It was gross. I kept waiting for snot to drop on my forehead. The threading took FOREVER. She kept adjusting and redoing things. In my experience, this is a red flag. Sure enough, she handed me the mirror, and my skin was all red from being overworked. Even worse, one eyebrow looked good, and the other one looked terrible! It looks like there is a GAP in it. She obviously removed too much hair/cut it too short with the scissors. Now I get to look like a gang banger with a shaved eyebrow until it grows out. Thanks, lady! The rose water was a nice touch, and pricing was standard, but why risk a wonky eyebrow, when you can go elsewhere that does consistently good work? Come here if you want a sick person snuffling over your face, and busted eyebrows! read more

Living up to its name! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by (I believe Sara) who was friendly and checked me in promptly for my appointment. I was a little nervous as I this was my first lamination experience and my natural brows are pitiful. They are sparse, grow in in strange places that I don't need them to grow in, and are lighter than my natural hair color, so I'm not working with much and fill them in myself daily. My appointment was with Ayisha for a brow lamination + enhancement which is tinting. The entire process took about an hour and let me tell you it was the best hour and money I have ever spent. My brows turned out better than I could have expected, like I cannot believe that the miracle Ayisha pulled off with my natural brows. This is not an exaggeration. I have a 2.5 year old & a four month old, so my time is my most precious commodity, not having to worry about filling them in everyday for all the Zoom meetings I'm on is amazing.
