There is a woman there, I can't remember her name, but she always breaks the thread 3-4 times while doing my brows. Is it because she's being too rough or is the thread not good quality ? Anyways, this always results with cuts and swelling on my brows that last for 2-3 days. I also get my lashes done and I leave with my lashes all messed up because they aren't mindful of their hand/finger placement when threading. I go to golden lashes on Bellflower blvd, the ladies there have extremely soft touches and never are rough. read more

Have to update. Been coming here for 7 years now... I only do eyebrows but decided to do a lash lift this time. It's been almost a week and my lashes are curled so tightly that I can't even put on mascara without it getting all over my eye lids . I went back the next day to get it corrected as I felt like the solution was left on way too long. She put some conditioner and said my lashes should look 'less curled' in 2-3 days, still nothing. It really does look like half my eye lashes are gone. I do NOT recommend getting a lash lift here. read more

I've been going here for 5 years and I always went to the same person. But unfortunately she's no longer there and I didn't know that until I went in thinking she was there. So I let one of the other girls do my eyebrows threading plus tint. I hated them so uneven the color was so dark. And the next day I took a shower and everything came off the tint was gone. What a waste of money. I've been calling them since last Friday and no one ever answers the phone. That's really bad customer service. Why have a shop phone if no one ever answers it. No excuses when there about 8 girls in that little place someone can answer. I was gonna leave a bad review but it ridiculous that I've been calling for a week and no answer. Where is the owner she needs to get it together. I've seat in there and seen 2/3 girls at that front desk and not one of them picks up the phone. HORRIBLE!!!!! read more

She put products on me without asking if i was ok with it. Room was so small not where to put my belongings, didn't complete full service just wanted to get out of there. I had high hopes for this place because I have a few friends that come here and swear by this place. I went in this morning and got brow lamination and threading. It was my first time for brow lamination. She showed me pictures of her work and mocked up my brows to show me what they would look like. (They looked awesome) She proceeded with the brow lamination. I walked out and they looked awesome. I then drove home and looked in the mirror. I went here today get my lash lift after my lash tech cancelled and it was the most awful experience! She didn't apply a pad to my under eye lashes. And when she started sticking my lashes she also stuck my bottom lashes. In order to remove them she just forcefully pulled my bottom eyelid down to detach my lashes. She also rested her hand on my eye applying a ton of pressure to my eye ball. I had to let her know that she was starting to hurt me and then started speaking a different language. But that is not the WORST PART! After it was completely done she started cleaning my eye with rose water instead of regular water. She got rose water in my eye and told me to open and I couldn't! MY EYES WERE ON FIRE! And I immediately closed them and then she said "No, open! Don't close them" I told her I couldn't because they burn! And then she got more rose water to clean my eye and I told her that I want regular water for my eyes. She then said "No rose water is better, omg you are so sensitive". After finally handing me an eye pad with regular water and getting my eye burning under control she decided to point out all the redness in my eyes and said "look at all this redness, you should see a doctor." Literally the worst lash lift experience I have ever had! DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A LASH LIFT!! BEWARE! read more

I normally don't tell people not to go to establishment because of one person, but I don't know who this person was, since they never introduced themselves to me and I don't want anyone to risk having this experience. My lash artist asked me you ready? And put me in a chair and never spoke one word to me until the end of our appointment. When she was done I looked at my eyelashes and said oh I'm not sure if these are even... she then sat me down in the chair and started to take pictures for proof that she did a good job, but she only took pictures of underneath my lashes, and none where they were straight on. In making me lay back down when I didn't want to, I verbally said no why do I need to, and she said "I'm fixing them" she then scratched my eye with the eyelash brush. It went directly in my eye. She told me that " it looks that way because you have a droopy eye" when she called the owner, the owner said "well it might be because you still have glue on your eye" then she said "well they look different but she definitely lifted them" When the lash person pulled the round bar that sculpts the eyelashes they were attached and glued to my eyelashes and pulled them hard. Please look at the pictures. It was the worst experience I've ever had with doing this. You should not get your lashes done for a few months after having chemicals on them so now I have to walk around like this for months. Don't go here. read more
