After a lot of research and my own health journey, I switched my pets to an all raw diet. No regrets whatsoever. They are in better health now than they have ever been. The people are friendly and very knowledgeable. The big bonus is they have raw milk, heavy cream, pastured eggs (corn and soy free), and grass fed, grass finished beef! You can buy a whole cow, 1/2 cow as well. (They also have chicken, pork, lamb and some other more exotic meats). They also have a great selection of vitamins and supplements. I love My Paleo Pet and Bill's suggestions, along with Dr. Dym. I have successfully transitioned all my dogs from traditional veterinarian care to Paleo Care. My dogs are on a raw diet along with mushrooms, liver/ kidney cleanse, heartworm, allergy, and & skin and itch. We decided we wanted to breed our Bullmastiffs, and our 2-year-old female wasn't going into heat. So, Bill suggested the kidney and liver cleanse. I think she took it for 4 days, and then, magically, she went into heat. AMAZING Then we took the bulls to a vet for insemination. They insisted on running a heartworm test, which came back negative. Folks, please don't let these veterinarians shove medicine on you; it has become a business instead of loving the animals. I was so disappointed while being at the vet for insemination, the doctor was suggesting all kinds of drugs, and the more I said NO, he just kept adding other things. As if $500 worth of blood work wasn't enough $$$, I recommend Bill & Dr. Dym to every pet parent. Their advice is priceless!!! read more

This was our go-to for raw milk but they have increased the price 2x in a year. They blame the farm but other vendors use the same farms and charge $5 less per gallon. They are taking advantage of supply and demand and screwing the customer. Meanwhile they cut their hours and have less product available. There are 2 better/cheaper options in Davie that make it worth the drive as to not support these practices. read more

Finally a place near by to buy raw milk! Seems isolated but once you walk in... the store is super cute and very organized and clean! You are immediately welcomed upon walking in. My Paleo Pet - Cool relief! - Pet Stores Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

So helpful! We went in on Easter Sunday and we were excited to get our baby back on raw. We spoke with someone there and she told us to speak with Bill, he would be our raw food guru. He wasn't going to be in till 11 and we had to get going so we opted to come back later that week. Fast forward to Wednesday, we drop in before 5:30. Which I am still not sure of the time, I think it must change during the holidays, so I like to call before we go in to make sure they are open. We got there and everyone loved seeing Corso in the store, he is quite an eye catcher since he's a big, scary Doberman. Everyone was super helpful and it's my fault for never remembering anyone's name but honestly, everyone was so great and charming. We asked about his chest and his breakouts and how he has been on antibiotics and nothing works. We have changed proteins over and over and nothing seems to work. His breeder had him on Bravo and ground chicken as a puppy so we always wanted to keep him on that raw diet, but since it's impractical and the meat that you buy in grocery stores can be loaded with terrible things, we stopped. I am so relieved to have found this place, we got him some herbs to help his allergies and a 2 weeks food plan. The food was buy 2, get one free so we got enough for two weeks and we started him cold turkey. He is doing great! Less poop and his pimples look like they are drying out and have reduced their wellness. Anyone who comes here needs to recognize the health benefits. They might be expensive but I was spending about $70 a month on a 30lb bag of food that never made my baby healthy. In the long run, his teeth would start to yellow on that food as well so honestly, a raw diet is always what I wanted for him. Yes, I am spending more but I am also being realistic. Vets won't approve, they will try to get you off of it and on to anything BUT raw. I have seen it over and over and I refuse to let them tell me what to feed my dog. Snake Oil Salesman!! The guy in the store will tell you that a cat inherently knows what it's body needs to be healthy and if you put a dish of the BioV Clarity GI powder out then the cats who need it will willingly eat it. This is a load of poo. The GI powder has turmeric and ginger in it. No cat willingly eats that stuff! And they won't eat it mixed with any foods or treats either! I may as well have thrown 40 bucks into my cats' litterbox, at least it would have absorbed some of their loose stools and done more good than the purchase of the product I bought from this place! I gave a 2nd star only because they have rescued cats up for adoption at the store which is a nice thing to do. read more

Fiesta Pet Deli killed my cat. I ordered nearly $300 in food and products shipped to Boston. And, after feeding my cat their "purity" mince, my cat died. I thought it was due to his poor health condition, but little did I realize that the mince had bones in it. Not just little bitty pieces, ones that you could easily digest, no. The pieces were so sizeable, that even after turning one of the containers into meatballs, I had difficult time spitting out all the pieces. (And, for the record, I crush cooked chicken bones between my teeth, and gnaw on beef bones for fun) If the bone pieces are so large that even an adult human couldn't digest it, what did those pieces do to an ailing cat??? And, at no point in time did my old cat, Snowball, may he rest in peace, nor my new kitty, Benchi, express anything even resembling the slightest interest in the $8/lbs food. Funny enough, Benchi loves raw ground chicken breast with chicken hearts and livers, that I get couple of times a week from local butcher. I truly believe in giving my dog the healthiest food available. I was recommended by a friend of mine to try the raw diet this store offers and Benji is one happy dog. I've been buying the food here since I first got him and he loves it. The raw diet it's a mix of either chicken, beef or pork with vegetables and fruits. This s holistic type of store, all the products they sell are fresh and natural. One of the owners is a veterinarian and her husband is a nutritionist. She gives free consultations and recommends natural ways of helping your dog stay healthy. They will be delivering my next month's supply because it's quite a drive to Pompano from here. I checked out this place a while ago, and decided to stop by again today. This place has one thing going for it: A good selection of raw foods that you really can't find anywhere else in the area. I won't comment on the prices of the raw foods (not something I feed), but the rest of their prices are very high, about 15-25% higher than other pet stores in the area. I found a case of Merrick cat food on clearance - presumably because the kind I bought is being discontinued. I got into my car and read the date on the cans - they were expired! So I went back in the store and the clerk proceeded to tell me that the cans were good for six months after expiration... which may be true, but what store sells expired pet food?! They did take it back without any trouble, and to be fair I'm sure the cans would have been fine to feed (but I'm not going to take that risk). I just can't help but think that it was very unprofessional to 1) sell expired food and 2) try to tell me it was okay to feed my cat when how could they really know that. Be careful with this place. I can't emphasize this enough they are soo kind and willing to help with any issues pertaining to my pets. They treat us like family which means so much to me. I have been getting their meal plan for both my cat and dog for over a year now and they have never been healthier. Everyone They meet compliments how soft and shinny their fur is. My dog Luna who is about to be 5 years old still looks and acts like a 2 year old puppy! This is the only place I have found where you can get good sourced raw food for your pet. I have bought from fiesta for more than 15 years. The rescue cats and my personal cats have flourish on this food. I also incorporate many of the herbs in their diets through the food and have stopped urinary tract infections, slowed cancers and reversed thyroid conditions. Switching my little "Kalie" (a Bischon-tese) from regular dog food to the Natural RAW diet, has - I believe - saved her life! Within the first 3 days of her new food regimen, my little Kalie CHANGED... suddenly, she was smarter - brighter - more energized. She was actually able to jump up onto the sofa for the first time in 3 years! She began to respond to 'commands' that I didn't even realize she KNEW! It's been amazing! Now she's been on this diet for almost 2 years and I'm still learning how great she is... even at almost 11 years old! The raw diet we choose is typically a medley of meat, veggies and fruits - we alternate with chicken, turkey, rabbit, pork, beef - mixed meats and fish... we learned that each meat has a different array of vitamins and minerals, the meats are ground fresh WITH the bone in, for added calcium. Very disappointed with this company and deserves 0 stars! I was using them to get a hair analysis done because I have a chronic illness. The communication was absolutely awful. It took several weeks to even get the hair testing kit delivered. Then I was given the wrong address on where to return it. Once results finally came in, I called over 10 different times to speak to the person that does interpretations. I was promised a return phone call, but that never happened. I spoke to Olga and Nicole in accounting and was told that I would receive a FULL refund. So I waited a couple of weeks and called again when I didn't receive anything in the mail. I was then told by another employee that they are not going to refund me my money? WHAT!!!! Just bad business and the excuse for not calling me back is that they are busy. They shouldn't take new clients for hair analysis if they aren't able to follow through. I still feel as though I deserve my money back since they already told me I would receive. read more

I've been coming here for a couple years for their raw food. They're located in Festival Flea Market which gives shoppers Festival dollars(coupons) which for every 5 dollars the price of the product you can use 1 dollar coupon. Basically you're saving 20% at all vendors in the mall. The pet deli decided not to accept the coupons anymore so now I'm paying 20% more for the same products. They really need to accept the coupons again or drop their prices. read more

This spot has saved my Rhodesian Ridgeback! Bill the owner knows exactly what he is talking about. I have been helping heal my dog, Simba, through bone cancer using his food protocol! We have been on a two week meal plan for about a few months now with the addition of the treats that My Paleo Pet sells, and some nutritional powders to help strengthen the body. Simba has transformed dramatically ! His coat looks better than he was when he was a puppy. My 8 years old maltese lower body was very red and her breasts hardened. The lymph nodes on her throat were enlarged. I took her to the vet. He said that the redness was bruising and gave me a quote for $700 for labs, biopsies, etc. He said that she probably had lymphoma and must likely she needed chemo and radiation. I left the office heartbroken. I was not going to do what he suggested. In the weeks that follow her "bruising" turned dark red and covered more of her belly, her lumps multiply not only on her throat but also on her hind legs and she didn't eat much,she stopped barking, stopped going for walks, developed a cough and stopped jumping on the furniture. We didn't think that she was going to last long. Her groomer recommended 'BioV Clarity food for Cancer'. Within two weeks of taking it her appetite came back she started gaining weight, her lumps were almost gone, she started barking again. It has been a month and her lumps are completely gone.
