The safari is really cool. You get to pet the animals. They look happy and well cared for. Because it's a small zoo, parking is tough and it can be a maze to get through traffic. The staff here is wonderful. You can cover all ground within an hour. But it's worth the ticket price. Exotic you're local. I enjoyed my visit. We brought our sister for her birthday, so she could play with Glenn, the baby capybara (he looked more like pre-K to me than a baby) but whatever! She had fun feeding him!! She also got to hold the baby kangaroo Margo (named after the Australian actress Margo Robbie) and feed her! I think she enjoyed the interaction with Margo more than with Glenn, because Glenn was a bit skittish! The animals, particularly the capuchin monkeys, seemed very playful and attention seeking! As soon as we came up to their abode, they started swinging and talking and doing all manner of somersaults!! I felt sad when we left because they seemed to look dejected after all the attention we gave them. They are such fascinating and emotive creatures! You just fall in love with them!! The leopards and their cubs were exquisite!! I could just sit and watch them and the capuchin monkeys all day long! We saw the goats, the sloths, the bison, the deer, the kangaroos, and the very strange axolotl and mud puppies! After roaming the zoo, we hopped in our car and drove through the safari. It was pouring rain and many of the animals took shelter in the stalls. They were so cute, all lined up as if they were about to board the ark!! I don't blame them!! It was such a wet and miserable day but the animals made it worth the trek out!! Highly recommend this place rain OR shine !! The animals are so beautiful and amazing!!!

We went with a group of three-year olds and they were ecstatic for an opportunity to check out new toys and get some energy out on a dreary day. They had a little something for everyone: ride on toys, baby dolls, sports equiptment, and all of the little blocks/gadgets a child could every want. The costume rack was also a favorite with characters ranging from superheroes, construction workers, to princesses. I love how this spot fills many different needs in the community: a third place for families to convene, eco-friendly way to get rid of all toys, and an affordable place to try out new toys and teach your child about responsibility and sharing. This woman owned business is the absolute best.

Right on the street next to the park, I had no problems finding multiple parking spots which was great! Bathrooms: right on the side, nothing fancy. Single bathrooms, spacious to bring your stroller in. Park: park itself looked underwhelming but once I started strolling through, I noticed how many play areas there were. There were at least 4 different swing areas (bucket and regular swings), there was a sandbox with toys (no slide anymore), two park playgrounds (one for toddlers one for big kids) and plenty of benches for parents, along with a sort of merry go round that my son loved pushing Crowd: great diversity and different ages there. When I went there were a lot of nanny groups and kids all playing together. My son is a little younger than the crowd and isn't used to playing with others but he enjoyed watching nearby. Seating: like I said, tons of benches set up at each little attraction, a good amount of picnic tables where the older kids were having lunch outside which I loved! Overall my son stayed for 1.5 hours and would've stayed longer if we weren't needing to leave for nap time. Great time! Wish I had taken more pictures but I'll update with overall area pictures when we go back next which I know will be in the next couple days!

It was definitely over-crowded and quite hard to find a table to sit down. We eventually found one right at the back of the store. The kids had the best time but scramble employees were no where to be found! There was no one monitoring kids. My kid got hurt a few times by slightly older kids and it was quite chaotic. The staff were not cleaning at all. You have to remove your shoes before entering the play area but the toilets are located inside the play designated area which means you have to go into the bathroom with socks on which is very gross. They should allow shoes in the bathroom area. Also the soap dispensers were empty and the lady that cleans the bathroom just hung out in the bathroom not really cleaning or filling the soap. The cafe - there are food options for kids and adults. We did try the kids pizza and French fries. The pizza was fine( cheese) but the fries were not good. It tasted like they fried it in very old oil. They do have coffee but I did not try it as the didn't have an option for skim milk. They do not allow outside food or drink but no one seems to really monitor that. Security - ok so this is non-existent. There is a door that divides outside area with inside play area but kids can easily open the door and leave the premises. The lady that stands by the door doesn't monitor kids matches with their guardians. She just opens and closes the door and often she is not there at all. They do not give wristbands at all or any form of security feature. So watch your kids closely while you are there as once they go into that massive play area it's difficult to locate them. The kids seemed to enjoy it as they don't worry about germs , dirt or food. I mean it's fine for an hour or so but honestly it was the last resort when deciding on a place to take the kids too. They also charge the adults an entry fee!!! ‍ I mean it's not like we are playing in the kids areas . I think we paid $55 for entry (2 kids and 2 adults). Would I go back? Not by choice but if the kids asked then I would consider it for an hour or two. ( definitely not on a weekend though).

We waited at the front desk for quite a long time with no staff present. Eventually, a staff member named Annaia saw us but appeared to be walking away until I called her over. When she finally assisted us, her attitude was very rude and impatient. Her manner was abrupt and unprofessional. When I mentioned that we had been waiting for a long time, she simply responded that they were "very busy," in a dismissive tone, without any apology or acknowledgment. I understand that things can get busy, but basic courtesy and respect toward customers should always be maintained. This was the first time I've encountered such poor service here, and it was quite disappointing given my past experiences. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service to prevent this from happening again.

Walkable anywhere from old town Vienna and the downtown area (nothing is really that far), tucked away one block off busy Maple Ave, surprisingly lots of great FREE street parking (on Church) but also right there in their small shopping center parking lot so it's truly not a pain-in-the-butt to head over and not have to stress about where to park. The guy serving the custard was also tending to customers doing pottery painting (not many when we arrived) - dunno how service is if you just come in for the custard and the place is packed (we saw that pottery customers had to ask the guy each time they wanted more paint which he portioned out for them...vs customers self-serving their own paint and colors in other paint-your-own places we've been to - with a single worker, I can imagine that could be a bottleneck problem if the pottery side is busy AND there's a line of custard customers waiting to be served). She kept the party moving, helped with setup and transitions, and made sure the kids felt celebrated. It made such a difference to have someone so thoughtful and capable guiding the experience.
