They also failed to double check we had all the tables set out for the reception, we were one short which caused a decent size disruption. The name cards Alex's team printed also spelled the grooms name wrong, the team didn't leave out the guest book and even more. You count on companies like these to really nail the details and it did not work out for us. We suggest couples take caution if they work with other members of Alex's team.

We realized around 7 months out that while we had booked some of the major things, we were overwhelmed and in over our heads, and she really saved the day and made it all possible - planning a wedding is a lot y'all!! Especially from out of state, whew! She helped us with finding quality vendors, keeping us on track/organized through her super helpful portal (which had sections for design planning, vendor contacts, budget, seating charts, to-do list, advice, etc), with a number of scheduled video calls and by checking in via email. We used zola for our website but I regret not going with her option to build a website for us because zola had a lot of frustrating limitations (couldn't even add links or bold things where we needed to). She had a helpful assistant through the prep process and an amazing, kind wedding day team who helped assemble my dream design elements. I'm a designer and made mockups of how I wanted things to look and uploaded pictures to the portal design studio, and they followed my vision so well!! And they even made one part look more tasteful than I had planned - loved it! Maybe more importantly, Andrea and her team basically made everything run smoothly, including packing up all the stuff we gave them to set out at the end of the night and dropping it off at my husband's dad's house since our venue was strict and needed everything out ASAP. What a relief to just show up to the wedding day (and leave) knowing all of those little details were being set up and taken care of - it was awesome! On the day-of, Andrea and her team were connected with the vendors with headsets, making everything run smoothly and communicating with the DJ about who was coming down the aisle for the songs to line up. She also helped us and the rest of the staff adjust and pivot after our ceremony went way overtime (we should've known, our rabbi loves the poetic details, which was beautiful in the moment, and my husband & I probably should've planned for more time knowing that lol). She helped us calm down after realizing how behind we were because she stayed so calm and collected, and calmly walked us through deciding what to shift for the rest of our timeline (we packed a lot of rituals in there). She also swooped in to help when I was having trouble with my makeshift dress bustle (she had worked at a bridal shop in the past - so amazingly helpful!) Andrea is so kind, calm, organized, approachable, and just nice to work with. She talked me through a few anxieties when I was overthinking things and in general, she was super patient with our moments of indecision and neurosis lol. I'm going to miss our rapport and check-ins, it was so nice knowing she had our backs throughout this whole process. Wedding planning is an overwhelming process, so having someone there for us like she was was a total game changer. I want to share a few stories from my wedding that illustrate just how incredible of a wedding…read moreplanner Tiffany is! Back in July 2019, I interviewed 10 wedding planners. I sent out a survey with questions that I asked everyone to answer via Google surveys (for some reason!). Tiffany was the only planner who filled out the survey. This is to say that she is the one who understood that this was something that was important to me, so she made it important to her too. This is the quality of Tiffany's that set her above everyone else; from the very first time we met, she worked to make my priorities her priorities. The sound system wasn't working correctly at the beginning of our ceremony, which was such bad luck- we overheard our DJ successfully test the equipment while we were getting our photos taken. It resulted in about a 10 min delay before the ceremony started- in that time interval, Tiffany got warm cider for my mom and my (now) husband's mom, while simultaneously corralling the bridal party to keep them organized and ensuring the momentum of the event didn't get lost in the delay. Everyone cheered when the mic started working again, which diffused all of the anticipatory pre-ceremony tension. Our moms talked (and are still talking!) a lot about the warm cider Tiffany got for them. When faced with the inevitable hiccups that happen during weddings, I promise you that you will want Tiffany there to deal with them. You will not be in a state to deal with it yourself, and knowing that Tiffany, someone with the knowledge, experience, professionalism and temperament to handle it, will absolutely make your day. No matter how big-hearted and generous your family is, it is difficult to get people to do the parts of the wedding that are actually work, like, for example, making the place cards that have the guest's name with their table numbers on them. It's also a big favor to ask of relatives, and it is such a relief to know that you have someone in your corner who you can really count on to get this stuff organized and done. For example, when the aforementioned place cards at my wedding didn't get done beforehand, a detail that was brought to our attention several hours before guests started arriving, Tiffany got all 120 place cards printed that day. Truly incredible, I wish our federal government was like 1/4th as effective as her, we would definitely all be cruising with free health care by now. Tiffany is the wedding industry's equivalent of Olivia Pope. When I asked my husband what wedding advice we would give to other couples, it would be to hire Tiffany!! It was the best decision we could have made. We are so happy with how everything turned out- we were guests at our own wedding!! We just got to enjoy the day, which is exactly what we wanted to do. I never expected a perfect wedding but that's what I got because Tiffany was there to handle it! We love her!

Each vendor we worked with spoke so highly of Yodit. People were very honored and excited to work with Yodit and be selected by us. In turn, the deliverables were all on point. Again, this goes back to Yodit's relationships. On the day of my wedding, the vendors were so happy to see one an other, work with me, and invested a lot of time into making sure every detail was covered. - Yodit is fun, loving, joyful, and caring. After working together for so long, she truly grew into a person who I could exchange life updates with, learn from, and enjoy special moments with regularly. Lastly, I'll just share that Yodit loves what she does and without a doubt knows what she is doing. From planning, to vendors, to which flowers are best in certain seasons, to color shades, choosing chairs, and more - she's solid. Before I signed with Ashly, I was literally planning my wedding on various sticky notes. Aisle planner has EVERYTHING from your guest list, to contract uploads, to payment reminders, to a very detailed checklist that is organized by months leading up to the wedding, to the seating chart customized to your venue layout. And the best part? Ashly helps you manage the software. I am not sure if other planner/coordinator companies offer this software, but what I do know is that Ashly & her team are simply unmatched. I hired Ashly as our Day-of-coordinator, but she is so much more than that - she is ALWAYS there when you need her even months before the wedding. She was more like a 2-3 month coordinator with the emails, texts and calls and always happy to help with anything we needed (I know I had a ton of stupid questions and she was always more than happy to help). Ashly is extremely detail oriented. She provided a very detailed schedule to me and all of my vendors, which was amazing as it eliminated any confusion. I have been in many weddings where no one knows what is going on or when to be here or there. I shared this timeline with my wedding party and there was never any question of where people needed to be at what time, and that really made a huge difference for the flow of the wedding. And to be honest it was INCREDIBLE as the Bride to. not have to answer a million and one questions from everyone because every last detail was on the timeline. One thing I really loved about Ashly was that she told me she would not contact me for any reason on my wedding day. She took down our MOH and BM's numbers and contacted them all day if any minor issues popped up or if she was just checking in to see how I was doing. She did not want me to worry about anything, and it was so nice to just be able to relax and trust that everything was taken care of - which it was! On the day of my wedding, I was staying in a cottage onsite of the venue which is where I had my girls come for hair and makeup. Ashly arrived to the venue, made sure everything was going well, and then loaded up her car with all of our decor items for the ceremony/reception (multiple boxes) and transported them to the venue. I had a couple sticky notes on some of the decor with some instruction, but other decor items didn't and I trusted her to place them where she thought looked good and holy moly did she do an incredible job! My reception space was absolutely breathtaking because of her setup. Also, at the end of the night, I did not have to worry about A THING. Ashly and her assistant, Alyssa, carefully organized and packed up all of our belongings and transported all of my boxes back to the cottage at the end of the night. This is the best part. Ashly literally saved my wedding. Unfortunately, two of my other vendors were absolutely horrible and made me cry multiple times throughout the day/evening. Not only did Ashly have my back and stood up for me, but she made sure that I didn't have to deal with the vendors face to face and she took total charge in fixing the issues. It was so nice having someone go to battle for me so I could just enjoy myself and my loved ones. Not only that, but she always made sure I was doing great and always made sure I had a drink in my hand! Both Ashly and Alyssa were always there for me and supporting me. I never had to go and search for them, they were always nearby and ready to help with whatever I needed. I can imagine having to deal with the vendor crisis was chaotic, but you would never know as Ashly has this incredible calm and collected presence that fills the room. The fact that she was running my entire wedding AND STILL made so much time to check in on me and get me anything I needed is truly remarkable. Not only was Ashly an amazing coordinator, but she was an AMAZING FRIEND on my wedding day. I do not know what I would have done without Ashly. I truly cannot picture my wedding without her and I certainly will never forget her. She was hands down the best vendor we hired for our wedding.
