From the very first conversation, they started pointing fingers. I was informed I had no warranty because I did not install the floor. Then they started pointing the finger at anyone and everyone, blaming the contractor, blaming our HVAC system, and telling me all the reasons that this probably wasn't their fault. I don't care whose fault it is, I just need to understand what is wrong with my floor and get it fixed. After weeks of chasing them on the phone, Zaid reluctantly came to the house. He tested for water infiltration (there is none) and said that he would talk to the "operations manager" to see what they thought we should do. That was on April 9-haven't heard anything since. Writing this review to see if maybe they will respond now because they're not responsive any other way. For anyone considering this company, be aware that post-installation support appears to be nonexistent. There was a way they could have handled this that would have had me here giving a five star review--they chose the other path. There's plenty of companies that will stand by their work. This is not one of them.
