Upon getting home I took a better look at my receipt and realized the receptionist charged me $20 instead of 20%.I had gone with a friend so I let her know what happened & she mentioned she was also charged $20 instead of 20%.Being that I heard multiple customers ask her to add a 20% tip while I awaited my service I decided to call the following Monday to let the manager know what happened to me and at least one other customer.I spoke to the front desk who said the manager wasn't available but would give me a call the following day.It has now been a week from my service and I never heard back from any staff member.
