    Rick was super helpful and efficient moving my stuff from 3 bedroom house into an 8x10 storage unit! I was amazed it all fit!

    I would like to provide detailed feedback regarding a recent experience at PostalAnnex, as what…read moreshould have been a simple drop-off turned into nearly two weeks of confusion, rerouting, and unnecessary frustration. On the same day, I brought in two items: 1. A return package intended for the merchant recipient 2. Another package intended for Amazon Both items were dropped off, scanned, and accepted at PostalAnnex. However, both were mishandled: * The return package meant for the merchant recipient was incorrectly delivered to Amazon. * The package intended for Amazon was somehow delivered back to my home instead of to Amazon. These were two separate items, dropped off at the same time, and both ended up at completely wrong destinations, something that should never happen. What made the situation significantly worse was the complete lack of support from PostalAnnex once the issue surfaced. When I contacted Sanjay, I was not offered any assistance, investigation, or sense of accountability. Instead, he immediately distanced himself from the situation and sent me the following message: "The drop off service is offered as a courtesy to our customer. The packages are handed off to the respective carriers. Please file a claim online at usps.com. We do not insure the drop off package's contents or value. The receipt itself has the terms and conditions." -- Sanjay This response was dismissive, particularly considering that both items were scanned and accepted at PostalAnnex, a step customers trust precisely because it is supposed to ensure accuracy and responsibility. When I spoke with USPS, I was told the matter needed to be addressed by PostalAnnex, since that is where the items were physically processed. Yet PostalAnnex declined to assist in any way, leaving me stuck between two parties, each redirecting me to the other, with no ownership taken by the location that actually handled the drop-off. The only support I received throughout this ordeal was from the customer service representative at the merchant recipient, who had no obligation to help but still guided me through the situation and helped ensure a resolution. What should have been a quick, routine drop-off turned into a lengthy, stressful, and avoidable two-week ordeal. I want to highlight one important caution for other customers: PostalAnnex's receipt contains terms and conditions stating they do not insure or take responsibility for drop-off items. Most customers likely overlook this, but based on my experience, it is something everyone should read and understand before trusting this location with packages that matter. I genuinely hope PostalAnnex takes this feedback seriously and improves accountability, training, and overall support, especially when errors clearly originate at the drop-off point.

I would have to go every day so they can return my money which was $215 and they said they were not going to refund me. The owner told me to get out of his store and to shut up! They are not professional at all. Please stay away from this place and go to the UPS next to TJ Maxx they are very professional there and nice people.

She was patient, helpful, and personable! She gave tours, told us our options, and was thorough while I was signing. She made paperwork not bad at all since we were chatting as she was getting all the paperwork done. She was helpful explaining between the units. Once things were signed, she helped clean our unit and even wiped down the sides for us. She said she sprayed the unit with her own special concoction to help repel bugs naturally. Another increase before 1 year comes up. So about a 44% (nearly $185) increase within a year. Starting base price of $420. Now $605. If you just need a very temporary place, this place is fine. If you need a longer term storage, expect huge rate increases. I'll be looking for alternatives since my rate increased so much over such a short period of time and there will probably be similar increases within the next year. Personally, I'd prefer to know a more realistic rate and have realistic increases (5-15%) per year that matches property appreciation. Instead, they bait and increase rate astronomically which causes more moving in and out for us.

I explained that I had too much stuff in my closets and drawers, no working systems in place, and was becoming overwhelmed. Not only did she validate my feelings of anxiety around tackling clutter and disorganization, she confidently assured me that I could create lasting change with simple steps. She took time to process my concerns and created a manageable plan of action. I really appreciated that she created low, medium, and high price point options so that I could complete my organizational quest within my budget. To be honest, I was so inspired by her personal anecdotes about how organizing has decreased her daily stress that after our consultations I dove into my projects head-on and achieved exceptional results (goodbye old bags, hello much needed shoe rack) in only a few days. I've never had a great experience with movers, until now. And their pricing was very competitive and there's no hidden fees! Linda was extremely communicative with coordination and flexible when we needed to make last minute changes, which made the moving process stress-free. On moving day, the crew Leo and Miao, handled a three-story move with heavy furniture and tight doorways with care and efficiency. I was actually very impressed by how they communicated to each other and they are both very strong! Every item was carefully wrapped and protected, nothing was damaged, and they worked quickly while staying professional. On top of that, they were genuinely fun to work with and made us laugh and smile during the move. Highly recommend Lucky Moving! I'll be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

    I inquired on Yelp with the type of service I'm looking for. I had items already in boxes or bins,…read morejust needed assistance on the larger items to be packed i.e. couch, tv stands, deep freezer etc. I also mainly needed a big truck which they have, 26ft, so the move would just take one trip. Linda responded to my inquiry and she responded quickly whether it was through Yelp, email or text. Linda answered all my questions and was upfront with their pricing. They had the most reasonable prices compared to other companies I called. I was getting conflicting numbers and we exchanged messages back and forth. The starting rate is $139 per hour, $60 for gas, and $10-15 tip per hour, per mover. Anything past the reserved time would be charged in 15 minute increments. I didn't want to go with this route and reserved 5 hours. During the date of my move, only three movers were available. The scheduled time was 8 am but they arrived early. The lead mover showed me the paper work with their arrival time. This made it easy for us to remember to check the clock once it's getting to the 5 hour mark. They assessed the items that needed to be moved and they brought out these blue large plastic container to cover our items or be filled. The movers worked in different areas of the house. While one took are of wrapping items, the other used their dolly to haul items to the truck, and the third mover rearranged items in the truck. The staff spoke broken English. I met the truck to the new location and they got started with unloading ASAP. They would ask which items would go in which room. Assembly and disassembly were things they could do, but since our items were scattered, we opted out of this. They worked efficiently and were done by 4 hours. Besides the hourly rate, the other charge was $10 for the shrink wrap used on my larger items. After unloading, I paid in cash and gave each of the movers a good tip.
