Upon arriving 7 minutes late as I thought my appointment was at 10 vs 9:55, and I got a bit lost, I was told that the person that they could not do both my eyebrow wax and nose wax as there was not enough time. I was told that my appointment would last 30-35 minutes. I became upset with her as I stated I really needed my nose waxed vs by eye brows at which she stated she doesn't need to service me at all today. While I understand that there are others coming after me, I did not appreciate the disrespect or unprofessional behavior. I will not be back.

I walked in and the salon was dark and dusty looking. Against my instincts, I stayed for my service. Once the soak off was complete, the tech gave me a book with samples to pick my color and then he had me hold onto it until he was ready to polish. When doing the filing, buffing, etc, he nicked my skin several times. I pointed out that he filed my nails unevenly, the entire right hand looked very slanted. He filed the thumb a bit but it was still totally off. Throughout all of this, the salon kept the news on with the volume up... in this political atmosphere that's a bold choice. I came for a relaxing experience and it was just uncomfortable and odd. The only perks I can think of is that I could schedule online and there were a lot of colors to choose from.

Went here for lip filler and Botox specials almost 2 years ago. I never left a review at the time,…read morebut now that I'm going to get filler and have to have everything dissolved and redone since it was so poorly placed and overfilled- Im more than a little annoyed and deciding to do so. The injector I went to ended up totally botching and unevenly placing my lip filler here. I reminded her multiple times at the consult that I didn't want the keyhole look because I saw she did that with some clients- she still gave me a keyhole (lol). Also, the top lip was bigger than the bottom and wayyy too much filler was placed on one side, so it was bigger than the other side and lumpy. She said this is how her clients "naturally swell" because of the technique she uses, and to give it a few weeks. After a few weeks, you can see in the picture that the upper left side on my lip was obviously still bigger than the right side. I went back to have it fixed and she ended up having to put more filler in the other side of my lip to even it out (yes I paid for another syringe to do this). When I mentioned how the top lip was still bigger than the bottom lip, she said that we would wait to put more in the bottom lip because she thought the top lip would even out to be proportionate as the swelling subsided (I still had half a syringe left). After a couple more weeks, I called to confirm that I wanted to come in and use the last half of my syringe that I had remaining to fill out the bottom lip to make it even since it was in fact NOT proportionate. The front desk told me that I had no remaining filler left. I reached out to the injector directly about this since she said I could come back, and she ignored me (lol). I don't mind that she messed up, we're all human and that's going to happen. I just didn't care for how instead of owning up to it, she kept gaslighting me saying it wasn't messed up and that it "looked good" and then acted like I was an inconvenience for coming in to get it fixed. Never once did I act rude or upset, and I tipped every time I went for injections and to get it fixed. (This is the first medspa that has also ever asked me to tip for Injectables). Overall, vibes were not good here and I would avoid if you're expecting professional & reliable treatment

Then the receptionist thinks it's okay, it's not. I asked about a surgery and the receptionist said it would be no problem for Dr Schenden. That same week I call for an appt and a lady said he doesn't do this procedure any more? Did he forget? NO he is now just money hungry, SAD, just SAD.
