She is always so nice, and is easy and fun to talk to with a great sense of humor - but if you're the quiet type and want to relax that is just fine too! As for eyebrows- the proof is in the photos! I highly recommend following her Instagram for more examples and for easy appointment booking as she'll sometimes even announce last minute openings on there. She's very meticulous AND super efficient at the same time- and it's amazing that I've never once had to wait more than 5 minutes despite how booked up she always is.
