We discovered MyBar after it took over the Spud Monkeys location on 172nd and NE Halsey back in 2020 (I think their two year anniversary is coming up), and I must say it is so good we are still customers to this day! We order through UberEats and usually get it delivered (looking at my Uber history, we have ordered at least 15 times in the last 8 months- don't judge). The few times I have been inside for pickup is laid back and not very busy. Bartenders are friendly,!. I keep telling B we need to go in and have a drink and hang out- Nice bar area and some lottery machines. Good amount of tables and a couple large tvs. They have large fire domes outside that looks cool and keeps the smokers warm. I've seen tables set up outside when it's warmer out. Our usual order is the Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings, and a prime rib dip sandwich, but this last time I switched to the shrimp basket and it's now my new fave. We've also tried the chicken strips, cheese sticks, teriyaki burger, and the peanut butter bacon cheeseburger. Must try!

Took a chance and tried somewhere new with my boyfriend and I'm so happy we did. The service was amazing the bartenders were checking in with us regularly making sure our food tasted good and that our drinks were refilled. The drinks were great though they didn't have a large selection of ciders the one on tap they had was very good and their seasonal menus for mixed drinks were so cute. The food was so delicious and filling, they definitely made sure to follow through with every special request we had. Overall great place to eat and grab a drink and even catch a game at. The only thing I did wish they had was a pool table or maybe something fun to do while you wait for the food like a small game or something for the younger crowd.

The bartender is awesome. And the owner is a cool guy! The food menu is pretty widely spread, and they even do breakfast. It's clean and the vibe is mellow. Local bar type For a good night. Parking is easy. Multiple TVs for a different sports. Definitely coming back for happy hour soon!

Oh my gosh!!! I am a sandwich FREAK! I find this place on Uber eats and ordered a couple sandwiches today. A Beefeater and a Gyro. Plus I got French fries, clam chowder and tots. ALL of which were amazing! I'll take pictures next time! These are my breakfast, lunch and dinner! Good price and guess what..... they were delivered HOT! I had to pay extra for priority, but if you want your food hot, it's worth it! The fries were better than McDonald's and the tots reminded me of grade school! If you have a hankering for a tasty, juicy sandwich, try these guys! Thanks dudes, I'll be back! BTW my dog is going nuts begging me for a bite!!

Great food and daily specials. Monday was ANY Burger and ANY Beer for 12 bucks. Great deal. Mark had peanut butter bacon burger and fries, plus ranch with a Guinness Beer. Bun is large brioche. Their fries are YUMMY... crispy outside, moist and tender inside. I had a Gyro with potato salad ($1 upcharge) next time I'll get fries. Potato salad is good but I liked fries better. The pita is fabulous, soft and tender, best I've ever had. Not like regular thin and dry pita. Our server SHELLI was awesome. Attentive, knew menu, made good suggestions. We will be back and try more specials! Thanks Shelli!

Portland type bar in the heart of Gresham. Excellent prices, selection and environment. I just wish they were located in multnomah village.

A neat Jack & Coke

In town on business and wanted to get away from the hotel for a drink and found this gem on Yelp, so had to come check it out. I'm so glad I did as I was properly greeted and the bartender was polite and courteous. I'll definitely be back and will get something to eat next time.

You can absolutely smell the fish and vinegar as soon as you walk through the door, which I think gives the place a very homey pub feel. I ordered a spiked peach Arnold Palmer, which I enjoyed (and it was pleasantly strong) and a glass of the house white, which was good for the price. Our server was very fast and attentive. To eat I got the tomato soup with a grilled cheese, which was absolutely fantastic. The soup was so creamy and flavorful, and I cannot imagine a better meal after spending all day walking outside in the rain. The fries were super crispy and I liked the batter. My partner and I shared some of their breadsticks, which were deliciously baked (fresh!) and came with a super refreshing basil crema and a nice tomato-y dip. Wonderful all. My partner ordered fish and chips, and was surprised to find that it is one large fillet of fish, not multiple pieces like you would typically expect. He said the fish was fine, but a little tough. Overall, a wonderful experience. I definitely hope to return. I highly recommend this place as a refuge during the cold winter months!

But the last few times I've stopped in for a meal, it feels like the food isn't quite as impressive as it used to be. Could be all in my head. Not sure. But it's always a nice spot to hang out and chat with friends, you can get seated quicker if you enter through Over & Out, which basically functions as an extension of the main Observatory, with it's own bar and pool tables.

We sat in our parking spot long enough for Norman Goldman to serve up a little justice on the head of some, star-spangeled, economic hit-man, grabbed our balls and followed the thin man. After two hours of bowling and drinking under the black-lights, we dropped into the Lava Lounge for thirteen or fifteen more drinks. The floor was strewn with bowling bags, and ex-bowlers turned bad playing video poker. Asian girls, punk rockers and wanna-be rappers were lining up for karaoke. We decided to have sixteen or twenty drinks instead and signed up for top billing with the karaoke DJ. Sherry's went first with Diana Krall's "Peel Me a Grape". She broke a leg man - not a dry eye in the house: even the punk rockers were beside themselves. I mopped up with Frank Zappa's "Dirty Love". The girl's were screaming like back in the 60s - they mobbed me and someone took my shoe. Our cash was gone so we left while some kid was bringing down the house with a rousing rendition of Snoop Dogg's "I Don't Need No Bitch".

Talk about a hit for the little town of Camas!…read more We stumbled upon the Feast for my birthday a couple months ago... it immediately became a favorite. First, let's talk about their drink game. I'm a gin martini guy and they know how to put a smile on my face! Their bartenders are excellent. My partner loves their wine selection. He even strayed to trying their whisky recently and enjoyed that, as well! Second, their food well portioned and beautifully presented. My first meal there was a beautifully roasted chicken with a potato side... absolutely delish! My second time they weren't offering that special so I ordered the chicken off the standard menu. It was fine but one could venture to say that maybe they're heavy with the sauce. I like a more natural presentation of food without all the sauce fuss. Nonetheless, it was decent. My partner has ventured all over their menu and has been pleasantly pleased with all his choices. Lastly, I will rebut the other reviews of "reservations, had to wait, empty tables, blah blah blah"... nonsense. Our first experience we did not have a reservation. This is a small establishment and they staff for the night / crowd they expect... part of that algorithm is how many reservations they have. Yes, there may be empty tables but they also will seat you when they have the staff available to serve you. We'll even go farther to say, we personally prefer not being pushed out of our table so they can turn-and-burn for a tip. They take their time, they give you time to converse and enjoy. They aren't pushy, they move at a timed and rhythmic pace to allow for a good and enjoyable experience. Food is excellent, service is stellar, price is appropriate for the quality and ambiance. We can't recommend this place enough. For those who are just poking around to write a negative review, shame on you. This is a great little gem in Camas. We should take some local pride and lift up our locally owned restaurants. We highly recommend and look forward to returning!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a dinner at Feast at 316. It was our first time…read moreto eat at the restaurant. We ordered their Caesar salad, the 14 oz strip steak, and the crispy potatoes with monkey gland sauce along with a bottle of wine. We split everything since their prices were not really in our budget. The Caesar salad was a bit of a disappointment since it was very skimpy for the price. It also really did not meet our expectations of what we expected a Caesar salad to be. The Romaine lettuce was limp and not even torn into smaller pieces. The salad contained as many tomatoes as it had lettuce. There were not any croutons nor was there any anchovy, The dressing tasted too lemony. The cheese was not Parmesan, but some other soft cheese. Our steak was cooked to perfection and plenty big enough for us to split. The steak has been cut into strips to make it easier to divide between us. It was served with a creamy white sauce which was rich and tasty. The potatoes were not crispy as they were described on the menu, but soft as if they had only been steamed. The monkey gland sauce was not to our liking. (The name of the sauce was not even appetizing.) We didn't think the sauce paired well with the potatoes, so we left most of them on the serving plate. We asked for bread and were brought some wonderful bread containing Kalamata olives drizzled in olive oil and served with pepper sprinkled butter. It was absolutely delicious! Our server brought us some extra bread after we told her we did not care for the potatoes. She claimed that those potatoes were fried and crispy, but she did take them off of our bill. The service at Feast at 316 was excellent from start to finish. The ambience inside of the restaurant was really nice too. The brick walls were decorated with historic photos and relics. There are even old movie seats at the entrance of the restaurant which came from the Liberty Theater in Camas. It's an expensive place to eat since the menu items are Ala carte. We ordered the least expensive red wine on their wine list and it was $60, but it was a very nice Zinfindel! The salad and the potatoes did not live up to our expectations, but everything else did.

When I came from PDX, I decided to make a detour and check it out on a Saturday evening at around 8pm. Was greeted by friendly staff and seated fast. We were only a handful of patrons with plenty of sitting space. First impression was good. Nice ambiance, good background afrobeats, large screen tvs, clean. Place seems to be a party place with disco lights, great sounds system, and a DJ. We got the classic glass bottled soda and explored the extensive East African ( mainly Kenyan) menu. Prices are on the higher end compared to other similar restaurants. I was hungry as heck though and everything on the menu looked delicious. I settled for the following which came out fresh and hot from the kitchen: - $26 Goat Stew with Sukuma Wiki and Ugali. Portion was kinda small for the price. Also too many bones on the goat stew...but delicious. Recommend eating with your hands like how it's done in the mother land :) We also ordered a side of $4 chapati which was quite a large and yummy. There are many other options I'd love to try next time I'm here. Overall, good experience. Will be back when I'm in the area.

Maybe it was old meat or something but the smell was so intense and when we tried it I legitimately couldn't stomach it. We tried the mixed platter and that was all good but watch out for the egusi. The fufu was also more mashed potatoe texture than I think it usually is supposed to be.

"Accused of Drug Use for Using the Restroom"…read more I occasionally stop by Time Out Sports Bar & Grill in Gresham on weekends while taking a break from driving Lyft. I usually play a bit of video poker and mind my own business. Today, that changed -- and not in a good way. After playing poker for a while this afternoon, I politely asked to use the restroom before leaving. Roughly 6 minutes in, the bartender (an older Asian man who spends most of his shift sitting down and is consistently rude to anyone who isn't a regular) starts pounding on the door. I let him know I was almost done -- thinking that would be the end of it. Instead, he loudly claims there's a "time limit" on restroom use -- something I've never seen posted or enforced anywhere, especially not under 8 minutes. When I came out, he doubled down and accused me of using drugs in there -- totally unprovoked, baseless, and out of line. I don't take false accusations lightly. I calmly challenged him on this imaginary "rule" and told him if 8 minutes is too long, put up a sign that says so. His response? "You have no idea what people do in this bathroom. You were probably doing drugs." Seriously? This kind of behavior from staff -- especially accusing paying customers of drug use without cause -- is unprofessional and damaging to your business. If this is how non-regulars are treated, no wonder the regulars stick around: everyone else is chased away. To ownership: If you care about your reputation and treating all customers fairly, this situation deserves attention. No one should be publicly humiliated or accused of criminal behavior simply for using the bathroom. Until this place learns how to treat all customers with respect -- not just their buddies -- I'll be taking my breaks elsewhere.
