Whomever owns this DMV ought to really look into how their employees are to customers. The majority of this office's ratings are very low, so your division has no customer service quality whatsoever nor is it customer oriented. My experience with this office was horrible. Walked in with my child to get the title changed over since the car was finally paid off. The young guy who helped us was more interested on continuing his "chisme" in Spanish with his female co-worker rather than focusing on helping us. Even after we handed him the documents, he still kept his focus on the gossip with his female co-worker. I looked up and caught him rolling his eyes at my child and I. We were polite as posible and was clear we needed only a title name change. Today I called to get information about renewing my drivers license to a New Mexico state real ID drivers license about 50 minutes ago. I got an appointment took my documentation I needed and I am back home in less than an hour. The staff was very friendly and efficient. If you don't have the time and look for a convenience and are willing to pay the up charge compared to the state offices I recommend MVD now. They also renewed a handicap placard. read more

I went on to order a new title because I lost mine. I took in all the necessary paperwork and paid the fee. Four weeks later I had not received anything so I went back in. Turns out the clerk never order it so asked for a refund. They said main office had to call me. They never did so I called them. They said someone else had to call me and he never did. I never received a refund or the title. It's been three months. I do not recommend them! read more

Honestly the ladies there are rude they look at you like your dumb they don't direct you to the sign in form. I also was getting my driver license and it's been a month and I still haven't received it. They also don't have there phones working for whatever reason. read more

I wish I could leave a zero start rating... this was by far the worst service I've ever had at a MVD. To start they seemed kind of friendly but then looked more and more annoyed the more they had to actually work and do the job they're getting paid for!!! And then I provided a number for my bank and they told me that I had to provide a different number because the number I provided would require them to actually call the bank and get my information and that it would " take to much time out of their day to do it themselves". I ended up just grabbing all the info I provided them and walking out the door. If your looking for a stress free and somewhat nice experience at a MVD, DO NOT GO to the one located on 98th and central. You will regret it. read more

We went in today to change our registration from California to New Mexico. The service was quick and very helpful. The workers were excellent, very personable and friendly as we chatted with them. They greeted each customer that came through the door, and informed them that they would be helped shortly. Gloria helped us today and she was quick and thorough. We were in and out in 20 minutes. This is the second time we have come in and each time we have received great service. read more

My cousin went here to the MVD Now and the lady was very rude and unhelpful, worst experience ever, will never go back there ever again. This seems to be a common issue at this location. My recommendation is to try another location or company. To have to deal with this it would be cheaper to go to the regular DMV. read more

This is my 2nd time here and it's very unstructured. There's about 20 people in here and they have numbered tickets to be assisted that they don't use. How do you expect to keep track of when your next. And when you ask what number their like IDK 12? Anyway please change your customer service it's seams like a friendly place but management needs to be enforced. read more

Started out really nice.. Good service,friendly and fairly quick. However, when the time came to get my new title I noticed it said " not actual mileage "!! I asked what's going on here?? She says "oh well you didn't write the mileage "! But it's ok because a lot of cars in Albuquerque are titled like that.. I told her the car is in the parking lot, why wouldn't you ask me about the blank? She says" that's not my job".. Wow!! What a ridiculous experience this was for me!! Never again will I try to save some time and go to these places! I will be filing a complaint with bbb as well! read more

Worst service ever, this was my second time there and both times I've went they don't have a structured way of calling you. They expect their customers to keep track of who is next. The first time I went to get my license re issued you would've thought they would have informed you before putting you Through the process of getting your license and taking your picture for them to tell you at the end that you need to take a DWI test after everything which took about an hour, they knew that my drivers license was from out of state so you would've thought that they would've informed you when you got there instead of wasting your time. On top of that the girl that was assisting me seemed like she did not know what she was doing she was about to give me a CDL drivers license because in California a class C is the same thing as a class D here in New Mexico which she did not know that makes me kind of worried and not want to come back to this and MVD ever again. This place needs to have management enforced and employees that know how to do their job and give good customer service. read more
