Myra did the test and it failed. :( She troubleshooted with me what the problem could've been that caused the fail. She recommended how to correct the problem. The emissions was $25 and she stated that I could get it re-tested for free at another location. I TOLD HER NO, THAT I WOULD BE BACK TO SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS. It was NOT their fault for the "fail". A few days later (today Oct 10, 2024) I followed her instructions before taking the Santa Fe back for a re-test. It PASSED! I recommend to support our "local businesses". Walked in with my child to get the title changed over since the car was finally paid off. The young guy who helped us was more interested on continuing his "chisme" in Spanish with his female co-worker rather than focusing on helping us. Even after we handed him the documents, he still kept his focus on the gossip with his female co-worker. I looked up and caught him rolling his eyes at my child and I. We were polite as posible and was clear we needed only a title name change. It should have been a short visit, but his side activity made it longer for us waiting for him to conclude our business there.
