Just moved to ABQ so needed a smog check for my new license plate. This place was super close to my house and had good reviews so checked it out. $24 and 10 min later I'd become best friends with the service lady and had a smog check completed. Turns out we are both from Long Beach and lived in San Diego and now love super close to one another, small world. Would highly recommend this place! You just drive up and inside the little building, pay and can either sit in your car until the very end or wait outside your car the whole time. They take your info, scan your vin, plug some thing in your car and print you out a smog check result. Couldn't have been easier! read more

I have to do emissions for vehicles at work and come here a few times a year. They're always fast and reliable. Gave helpful info once when a car didn't pass because the computer had reset after a dead battery, I did what they suggested and passed on the retest. Did my every 2 years emissions testing here. The technician was friendly and performed the testing quickly. The price was the least expensive among the various shops I looked at before deciding to come here. There was a 2 car wait. But each car was around 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend this business. The proprietor was friendly, efficient, and professional. I was on my way within about 10 minutes (no wait). I will definitely return. We had a friendly conversation, and I learned that vehicles made in 1995 or before have to run the engine and get the wand in the exhaust pipe, etc. testing; which I have experienced before when I had a 1992 vehicle. Newer cars apparently calculate and store all the relevant data in their onboard computers, so it's basically just a quick download and data verification by the emissions computer, and you're done. read more

Excellent customer service. The ob2 was giving me issues but Steve was patient with me throughout. The biggest positive is that they're open on Sundays whereas other emissions are closed. I strongly recommend. Cost about $22 but all other emissions are around the same. read more

Went to this business because of the positive reviews on yelp. Pulled in, no one else was in the line. When the attendant approached I said "hello, how are you doing?" He responded back with "keep it coming" as a move of my vehicle. I did I also asked again, "how are you doing?" did response again was, "keep it coming" and I then I asked he was having a bad day and he told me keep it coming, that he did not have time for "this". Fast and so nice. Coming from California this was a breath of fresh air for service.

Pulled up, followed directions to turn off car. Guy disappeared. I turned off the engine opened the door, sticking my head out to find out what was going on. Guy came out yelling at me that I was supposed to pull in. I asked why he was yelling at me - he said "okay, get out". The whole thing was bizarre and lasted maybe 30 seconds. Go elsewhere.
