Myra did the test and it failed. :( She troubleshooted with me what the problem could've been that caused the fail. She recommended how to correct the problem. The emissions was $25 and she stated that I could get it re-tested for free at another location. I TOLD HER NO, THAT I WOULD BE BACK TO SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS. It was NOT their fault for the "fail". A few days later (today Oct 10, 2024) I followed her instructions before taking the Santa Fe back for a re-test. It PASSED! I recommend to support our "local businesses". Great service, friendly, fair price...We will definitely see you in a few months with our Lexus. Thank you, Marty & Eric

Walked in with my child to get the title changed over since the car was finally paid off. The young guy who helped us was more interested on continuing his "chisme" in Spanish with his female co-worker rather than focusing on helping us. Even after we handed him the documents, he still kept his focus on the gossip with his female co-worker. I looked up and caught him rolling his eyes at my child and I. We were polite as posible and was clear we needed only a title name change. It should have been a short visit, but his side activity made it longer for us waiting for him to conclude our business there.

If you don't have the time and look for a convenience and are willing to pay the up charge compared to the state offices I recommend MVD now. They also renewed a handicap placard.

Not this time. No one in line here. The gentleman (I believe his name was Aaron, I lost my receipt that had it listed) who did the check was so friendly and quick. My 15-month old and I barely had time to get seated before he was done. He also honored the $4 off coupon listed on the company's website, so it was $20, which I was very satisfied with. If you also dread doing this every other year, come here to get it done quick and well.

Almost immediately when I started my trip, my battery and brake lights came on. It turns out they cracked my radiator while replacing the coolant, and it was leaking all over the inside of my car. I had to replace my radiator and alternator, and all in it cost me more than $1500. The worst part? They wouldn't even refund me for the full cost of my service, only the coolant replacement. Alan is nice enough, but I can't recommend the service at all.

This is the nicest, cleanest and most professional emissions testing station in town. I have 4 vehicles and am tired of going to rundown shacks and being greeted by some sloppy unprofessional employee. From now on FasTest will be doing all of my cars. read more

Both vehicles had the check engine light on at the time. Before even scanning the cars, the technician looked at my dashboard, clearly saw the warning light, and still proceeded to run the emission test. As most people know, if the check engine light is on, the vehicle will not pass emissions. What frustrated me is that, as a professional in the industry, he should have advised me to repair the issue first and return after the light was off. Instead, he completed the test on two cars he already knew would fail, and charged me for both. Later, I returned with the check engine light off and asked if I would pass now. His response was, "Hold on, I'm eating," which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. When I then asked why I was charged the first time if he knew I wouldn't pass, the conversation escalated. He became very rude, told me to "go somewhere else," and essentially asked me to leave. Customer service matters--especially for a business like this where honesty and guidance should come first. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Why was this important. I went to 2 oil change locations (Jiffy Lube, review next) and BOTH LIED TO ME. OH, yeah $64.99. I pulled up and they see the car (my parents Cadillac, I'm here helping) and it went to $109 and $119 each! I asked for the manager at each place, "That car needs special oil." BS!!! I looked it up online 5W-30. There is NOT a special oil that costs double. I left both places, and they seemed shocked. This place...yeah, it's normal oil. We have it come in! It was smooth and fairly quick (not their specialty). Manager was very cool. When he say the handicap sign, he asked about it. I told him it was my parents that I was helping. He knocked another $5 off for them! He didn't need to, but this is why I'm giving a review. RESPECT!!!!
