Do not bother with this guy. pulled up my car to the ramp and this guy was no where to be found. Finally saw him inside of his office, kinda shock to see me, probably was making up fake review about this place. He was Very rude just like what the other yelper had mentioned, he was shaking his head as soon as I pulled up...I should have just left. He opened up the hood of my car, not sure what he was looking at but later he was looking underneath of my car, and told me he couldn't help me. I left and went down the street and another emission facility was able to get me in and out within 5 min at a lower price. read more

This was our first time using Fastest Emissions for our testing, due to MLK day and the other stores were closed. The guy who did the test was rude, and said something rather rude about us, while I was sitting in the vehicle. Being in a business that caters to customers, you DO NOT say anything about the customer while they are present. I will NEVER go back to this company again. I will also tell all my friends and family to NEVER go to this company for their Emissions service. I will not repeat what the man said, just know he was extremely rude and did not need to speak badly about the customer, regardless of the situation. I hope he loses his job over this review, that is how rude this man was. Was not upset with the results of the test. Was upset on how the employee acted and his rude comment. read more

This is the first time I had to do an emission test on my car. I was so surprised it was done in less than 2 minutes! It was super fast. A few hours later, coming back home, I was able to renew my vehicle registration already online! I am impressed. The staff was helpful. TIP: You pay an extra $1 for credit card fee. This is my first Yelp review as I typically rely on others ratings. I had the complete opposite experience than the previous reviewers. I drive in and the guy basically tells me to step out of the car and take my dogs with me. I have an SUV, my dogs are registered therapy dogs and I was surprised by his attitude and he pointed to the sign on the wall. The other "rule" that is not posted anywhere visible until you physically drive in was the extra charge for using a credit card. I agree with the other reviewers that this was a quick turn around time. I was quite unhappy by the time I left and suggested he post all of his rules where people could actually read them and he went off on a diatribe about how people won't read them anyway. Bottom line - fast service, but undeniably rude customer service and extra charges if you don't have cash or a debit card read more

Here's the thing (why it's two stars and not one): the guy at the Eubank Fastest was polite, did the emissions in a timely manner--but I FAILED the emissions test--not due to anything wrong with my emissions--but he said that "your computer is not warmed up yet, and it failed." What? Seriously? He couldn't have told me that my computer was not warmed up at the beginning (btw, I've never even heard that one before)--and said, "come back when it's warm." So, $18 later AND another $15 for a re-test.... I can't believe they're going to charge me again because of something that could've been prevented had he told me at the beginning. At the very least he could have said, "drive the car for 30 minutes and come back, and I'll re-test you." Buyer beware that this is how Fas Test does its business. read more

I went to the one on San Mateo. I was greeted by an older man that seemed to be quite knowledgeable and an older gentleman and obviously knew what he was doing. I asked him I needed to get out of my vehicle and he said no, I was amazed that the test did not take that long. Unlike some of the other stations around town that had so many signs that either said "no wait" or "free pizza" at least I wasn't confused as to what I went there for. read more
