On a positive note, the male employee who assisted me with my license today was excellent--polite, helpful, and efficient. I would give him five starts. I suggest that the first employee receive additional training in customer communication, as her current attitude is unacceptable for a front-facing role. Running the same old like a broken record, Covid has changed everything! I remember the days when you could just walk in to one of these places or the MVD express and be on your way within minutes. Oh the the glory days! How they now feel like such a distant memory. In a pinch I needed to get my car registration renewed. Because of Covid and the restrictions I've been so busy working I forgot my registration was up last month. Like a barnacle head I sped out to the nearest MVD now expecting prompt service. Instead it was quite the opposite. Walking in the door I was immediately stopped and told there was a wait and that other people were ahead of me. They asked that I wait in my vehicle. Expecting only 20 to 30 minutes I agreed to wait, and retuned to my car. I messed around on my phone watched some TikToks before I realized 45 minutes had passed and I had still not received my call to return inside. I continued to wait becoming frustrated until about 25 minutes later when I finally got that call to come inside. They took care of me and I was out the door within 15 minutes. If it wasn't for the wait I would've given it an extra star. Other that that's my only complaint. Hopefully next time I go there won't be that long of a wait! read more

They are super fast and friendly here. Yes there is a slight extra fee but it's not much and it's totally worth it for the time you save! I was in and out to get my title and license in the time it would probably take to check in at my appointment at the MVD, plus everyone is super friendly here. read more

We were registering a vehicle from out of state and were told on our second visit to bring a signed bill of sale. When asked how we could do that if the owner was in another state the young woman told us we could email it back and forth until it was signed and then bring it in. I asked specifically what else do we need to do in order to finish this, she stated the instructions to bring the signed form back. So, we get it done and come back in. A second person tells us we needed to bring the sidebyside in for a VIN inspection. I questioned that because that was not the instructions we were given by the other employee sitting next to him. When the old woman that works there questioned the younger woman about it, the younger woman lied and said, I told them to bring it in. She did not. Had she done so, we would have trailered it in for them to inspect. She had a chance to at least be honest about what could have been a simple oversight and chose not to. I expressed my disappointment to my wife by saying, this is effing great. Had I known, I would have not effing driven all the way back without it. The old woman raised her voice to me told me not to cuss. I told her I was upset at the situation and not her. She said, I don't care, get out. So I canceled the other two transactions I had with them and we left. read more

First of all this is an MVD now.....we had to wait over half an hour to be served. The employees helped a group that came in way after us before getting to us. Secondly The office closes at 3pm it is posted all over. The employees locked the doors about 3 minutes early. And old man, about 80 years old got here right at 3 and was trying to get in. The employees did not open the door to help him and I actually heard one of them laugh about it. I couldn't believe how they treated this elderly man. Real ID: Document requirement not listed anywhere on the website. Women if your name is different on your birth certificate than on any other documents needed (bank statement, bills, SS card....) you will need the paper trail of documents that lead to your name change. Marriage licence, divorce decrees, any documentation that you changed your name, ever. The wait is awful, be prepared before you go. Again this was not listed anywhere on the website! read more

They both went out of their way to help me obtain other documents that would work. It was a Friday and they were about to close. They helped me with a smile and thankfully I did not have to return the next day. Very grateful! read more

After spending two days trying to get my driver's license renewed at MVD Express, decided to try MVD NOW instead. They're better than MVD Express, because (1) they actually answer their phones right away, and (2) their driver license cameras actually work (MVD Expresses at two different locations--Montgomery/Eubank and Morris/Menaul--did not have functioning cameras), and (3) they're quick and efficient. Mark waited on me and was very kind and respectful. read more

Every time I come over here, the staff is rude. There's no reason to be ugly when someone tells you what they are trying to do.

In preparation to get my vehicle titled in NM, I swung into the X-press Emissions that is collected with the Eubank and Lomas MVD Now. Duane Torres is a personable and professional technician. He made sure the vehicle fit nicely in his little garage and complete the testing in five minutes. Kudos to Duane! read more

Not sure why people bother paying an extra $30 per transaction at the MVD Express locations when this one is quick and friendly! There was a bit of a mix up with my paperwork in the beginning where they told me I didn't have the right form from Geico, so I had to call Geico and have them fax something, but it turns out I did bring the correct form in originally. At least they were still nice about it though. I had to come in for a VIN inspection and to get a NM license plate and registration since I moved here recently. I will definitely return to this location (even though it's far from my house) whenever I need something car related. read more

After a bad experience initially, got everything done through these guys because state MVD was closed for months due to Covid (really an excuse not to work and still get paid--state employees). MVD Now got everything done promptly and they were courteous. Why are we spending tax dollars on MVD when these guys can get it done better? read more

Brought my 85-year-old mom for a drivers license renewal. Had an appointment at 12:30. 45 minutes later I ask what her status is and I am told she has not been called up yet. What's the point of making an appointment at 12:30 if 45 minutes later she has not been called yet. I don't like the idea of her sitting around all these people for 45 minutes plus! Online they brag about "no wait"! I will ask her about her experience inside when she eventually comes out. My mom said one man inside was not wearing a mask and he was less than 2 feet away from everyone he spoke to. I was in my car watching. Several of the people who walked up were not wearing masks and not doing a good job at social distancing either. MVD NOW should have places marked. After several people would gather they would eventually come out and check to see what they needed. No order at all. No signs and no markings. Just a whole lot of people waiting around. I will not use this place again. read more

I am so thankful to MVD now! I was working with the green competitor to get my car re-registered in NM after a year out of state and every time I'd go in or call they had never received my Title! I contacted my Credit Union and there was never a Fax/Call//Snail Mail correspondence asking for the Title!!! So I finally went to MVD Now and they faxed the form and two days later my car was registered!!! Woo Hoo MVD Now! The turn around time was so fast that my Credit Union Loans Dept called me to see if I got my car registered or if the Title just got bounced back to them because they had sent the Title out on Thursday morning and they had it back Monday afternoon! I registered my car in the last hour they were open on Friday. I highly recommend them just for the simple fact that they do what they say they are going to do! read more

Normally fast but this Membership Line Returning Customers means that people will jump in front of you. I waited my turn, near an hour and the membership person jumps right in front. Making me wait more. Once the attendant started to help me, She was interrupted with two phone calls and two guys coming to the counter and asking questions. Which made me even wait even longer. If I wanted to wait, I would have gone to the main MVD. My suggestion, don't go out of your way for this place. I wouldn't again. read more

I've never been so disrespected in my life. I watch 10 people in front of me receive the same treatment I did and I was hopeful it wouldn't be the same for me but as soon as my number was called I quickly saw that wasn't the case.
