I respect people that do barbecue what I don't respect is when they don't know how to do barbecue, right? OK. I gotta be honest. I didn't have an issue with the service. The person at the front was nice and made sure I got the sauces I ordered. I did miss having the sauce station on the counter like I remember from the last visit now they give you packaged sauces. Now the burger was just as good as I remember but slightly smaller in size. But it was flavorful and the sauces always give it a nice extra touch.

I previously would've rated this place five stars, but this location seems to have slowly declined throughout the years. It's also not as busy anymore. There is now an automatic gratuity, but there really isn't any service outside of placing and taking your order at the register. They don't drop the food off at your table. You place your order at the register, pay, and then pick it up once your name is called. I'm not sure how but the staff at the register accidentally charged me $43 for two burgers and when I questioned it, she fixed it and brought it down to $27. That's a bit of a significant difference. The sauces are also no longer available at the bar where you used to have easy access to them. The burger itself was still delicious, and I'm grateful for that!
