Caleb, Devante, and Devon were excellent! I really liked these guys! They were professional, showed up right on time, worked hard, and treated all of my belongings with care. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole experience so much easier with their great attitudes and professionalism. From Booking the move with Anita who was so kind and helpful to my movers I'd definitely use Mustang moving again! All around great experience! read more

Prompt and attentive. Very nice guys and price was great. Final price was within the original quote. I would recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Mustang Moving, and especially our four movers -- Jamel, Nick, Donovan, and Tario! These guys were absolutely AMAZING. They arrived on time, professional, prepared, and ready to work. From start to finish, they were fast, efficient, careful with our belongings, and incredibly respectful. Moving is already stressful enough, and they made the entire process so much easier for us. I've moved quite a few times over the years, and I can honestly say this was the best moving crew I have ever had. Jamel, Nick, Donovan, and Tario worked extremely well together and never wasted time, while still making sure everything was handled properly. Mustang Moving definitely has a customer for life! Any time I need movers in the future, they will be my first call, and I will absolutely be referring them to friends and family. Thank you, Jamel, Nick, Donovan, and Tario, for doing such an outstanding job and making our move a great experience! You guys were the BEST! read more

We have used Mustang Moving multiple times, including state to state moves. They have never disappointed us. First of all they were extremely fast with the quote on my job. Anita did a fantastic job keeping in touch with me. On moving day they adapted to every curveball I threw at them. Louis made sure I was able to move into the apartment even though the apartment complex wasn't quite ready. I will definitely call them again for a future move. read more

These folks are wonderful! Had a very complicated move to coordinate from out of state that involved moving a storage unit into a pod. Tough to align timing, etc. They were able to accommodate our tricky timeline and made it all very seamless and doable. The movers were right on time, incredibly professional, and super efficient. Highly recommend!! read more

We used Mustang Movers for a move out of a storage unit into a warehouse space. Office staff was great and the 4 team crew did great. We did have some hiccups about the estimate request specifics and our definition of furniture versus theirs. We worked around it the day of the move and would use them again. They finished in half the time, so that was a win!!! read more

We used Mustang Movers to move to our new house. We had heard great things about them by word of mouth and those mouths were not wrong. Everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. Once I made my initial inquiry, Anita was on top of things immediately and set up a video tour of my house to get a sense of how many people and trucks would needed. From that, she could give me an estimate. She was friendly and professional during the entire time until the handoff to the moving team. I received updates as the moving day approached. The moving team arrived on time and ready to go. They were very professional and courteous. They paid to attention to my instructions. Roosevelt as the team leader was excellent. During the move, we did not experience any damage or lost goods. The team put boxes where we wanted. They really worked hard for us. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the service provided. There was a follow up to see how things went--how many moving companies do that? I would definitely recommend Mustang Moving and we were very pleased with the experience. read more

I've used Mustang Movers several times now, and they continue to impress me every single time. I just moved this past weekend, and once again they made the entire experience completely stress-free and provide such value. They are always professional, efficient, careful, and genuinely kind. The crew showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled my belongings and new home with real care. Everything was clean, organized, and done exactly the way I hoped. I've worked with many moving companies over the years, and Mustang Movers is the only one I keep coming back to -- they earn those 5 stars every single time. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth, trustworthy, and truly pleasant moving experience. read more

Mustang Moving - Another box? Are you kidding me? - Movers Near Me - Farmers Branch, Texas

Our move was a complete disaster. They started late because of a flat on one truck. Arrived with two trucks but wasn't enough for all our stuff so we had to move ourselves. Their truck broke down a mile from old house. Took them six hours to get a new truck and reload our stuff. It was all out on a parking lot in 100+ degree heat. They finally arrived at 9:30 pm and didn't finish until nearly 2am. They threw a bunch of stuff in the garage though all were clearly marked. They damaged all kinds of stuff. Our fridge is scratched and dented. Our Sunbrella outdoor cushions are all torn. Numerous broken items. They compensated us $350 for $1000s of damage. Still waiting for the glass for our china cabinet that they broke first thing. I know this is a small family business but this was a disaster. read more

The team arrived on time and had me moved into the new place ahead of schedule with no hiccups.

This is the 4th time I've used Mustang Movers and I continue to be impressed with their service and staff. They arrived exactly on time and immediately began working. At no time did they just stand around talking. Each staff member knew without being told exactly what to do and how to properly pack each item and/or furniture. They were all very professional and courteous. At no time did I feel they were trying to stretch out the project time to increase the cost. Back in August my son moved to a new home and I referred him to Mustang Movers without any reservation or hesitation. He was also very impressed and happy with their service and staff. read more

I will use them again. They were very careful but for the most part they had a great attitude. The two brothers that were working together would always confer with eachother to ensure not to be careless. Good communication and they most definitely earned an honest pay. read more

Hired this company to help us move to a new town 20 minutes away. We requested they pack and move the entire downstairs of the house plus an upstairs playroom. We would pack and box up the upstairs but the company would move the boxes to the new house. They were also to dismantle, move and reassemble all the beds and my husbands desk. I can honestly say the only thing they completed was the beds. My husband had to breakdown and reassemble his desk. They only did half of the packing and moving of downstairs. The employees were very nice but as soon as they got there the Forman started complaining it was going to take them at least two days to do the job. They left boxes and furniture behind both upstairs and downstairs and half of our stuff wasn't even packed but looked more thrown about. I took photos of everything. It took us plus family and friends another three days to finish what they started. My husband had tried calling but after two days received no call back. I called and the girl basically admitted that had received his voice message but didn't bother to get back to him. She told me to email me experiece, photos and what I think fair compensation would be. I did and received a boilerplate email. I waited a week and emailed again this time also indicating I collect vintage toys and one of my pieces was severely damaged in the move. Still crickets. I requested half my money back since they did half the job and still nothing. I warned them several times I would post a negative view should they continue to ghost me. I'll be requesting a reversal payment from my bank which I also warned them I would do. Still crickets! Save your money and hire someone else or use it to buy your loyal family and friends a nice dinner. read more

Mustang Moving was recommended by a friend at work who use their service. We gave them a shot as well, and not only were they incredibly fast, but they were well-priced, incredibly friendly, took care with our items, and had a smaller truck/trailer style that was able to get into the apartment parking lot very easily, yet had a ton of room for all of our items. They made moving a breeze, and they were incredibly courteous. We could not have asked for a better experience. kudos to Jamel, Christian, and Justin for being so professional as well as the entire team for great communication. Two reasons that I don't recommend using Mustang Moving: #1. They charge fees outside of the contract #2 They do not complete the move. 1.Mustang Movers charges a 3% fee for using a debit or credit card. On the contract, it simply states a 3% fee for credit card transactions. But as you try to use your debit card (which is not a credit card), you'll be charged the same fees. The person at mustang movers says that 'they mean both credit and debit'. I don't think they understand the point of a contract. 2. The movers were nice guys but failed to move many items after telling me my place is 'empty'. I returned to clean my condo only to find several crates, an ironing board, a computer chair, two boxes, and a full clothes hamper. Clearly I should have looked myself but I just assumed that these movers were doing their jobs. Unfortunately they weren't. And I don't recommend using them. UPDATE: I have emailed mustang movers twice and I've also left two voicemails. No return call or email. DO. NOT. USE. MUSTANG. MOVERS. read more

PLEASE READ In a concise summary to the owner's response... 1) The Uhaul was NOT leaking. Read below. 2) There were MULTIPLE protectors to use. So no, the mattress and box springs weren't unprotected because we "chose to use the mattress protector for different belongings" as the owner implies. The movers simply didn't use the protectors we provided. Plain and simple. Wordy update: I was hoping for better but have been majorly disappointed. As you can read below, the owner takes no accountability and cannot even offer a simple apology. He shows no concern for his customers who trusted him and his team. We would like to call out the lie that the Uhaul was leaking. It was not. One mover pointed out a "puddle" to my husband, AFTER they already loaded the mattress and other items into the Uhaul and onto the water. The movers kept the Uhaul door constantly open, allowing the rain to get inside even more, causing this puddle. My husband even commented on this to them. Of course, the rain was going to get in, but there were so many things that could have been done to mitigate the damage. And Mustang Movers did not take appropriate action. Yes, one of our mattress protectors was used to cover our clothes (they did this at the very end). But we had other ones to use too, which are still in their package, unopened and unused. In regards to the drying recommendation, it has been 5 days since MM helped us move, and our mattress and box spring are still damp. Even after we put them in the direct sun, dried them, and put baking soda on them. Providing a response and tip 5 days later is useless. They are still damp 5 days later, so there is definitely a risk for mold and mildew. The owner rudely saying he doesn't "think" the items are ruined does not make it true. I cannot believe he has shown no empathy regarding the stress and inconveniences he has caused, but this seems to be a pattern for him. I was trying to be optimistic and positive, but the owner's response does not deserve that. read more
