Muse tea is easily my favorite boba spot in the houston area. I've been there twice now and was very impressed with what I ordered. I've gotten the Blue Chai Latte with crystal boba and the Osmanthus Milk Tea with honey boba and loved both of them. The Blue Chai Latte is one of the most unique drinks I've gotten from a boba shop and had a beautiful vibrant blue color. The crystal boba was nice and added to the already refreshing drink. I got the Osmanthus Milk Tea because I had never tried that type of tea and also loved it. The honey boba was really nice and chewy with a good sweet taste to it. The service was excellent both times and everyone was really nice and helpful. I can't wait to go again! There were also these sugar bits at the top and the bottom of the drink which was a surprise to me because I've never had anything like it before. The sugar bits add texture and a caramel flavor, but they do get stuck in the teeth easily. most of all, I love how the drink came with no ice. The drinks are made beautifully! The honey boba has a noticeable honey flavor--a plus for me. This is an adorable coffee shop run by adorable-y sweet people!!! They clearly put a lot of heart into what they make! I tried their coffee smoothie. Can't remember the exact name, but it was basically their house coffee blended with coconut milk and ice. I really enjoyed it! It was sweet but not over-sweet by any means! It allowed me to really appreciate the coffee. I also thought their prices were reasonable! My boyfriend ordered their house coffee expecting it to be a regular coffee served hot. It was actually served over ice. I loved it!! He enjoyed it too, but it wasn't what he was expecting. They add their own homemade creamer and a sweetener. I heard a worker tell another customer that the items with a red dot next to them on the menu can be served hot or cold. That is something to pay attention to. Flip n' Patties is one of my favorite restaurants in Houston and it's located in the same shopping center as several other businesses including Muse Tea. After chowing down on some dinner, I grabbed some takeout from Muse Tea. Beyond having an awesome name, Muse Tea is a clean and cute bubble tea spot. There's plenty of parking so that won't be an issue. I went with their galaxy tea which is highly recommended on Yelp. Plus, some boba of course. The lady working the counter described the galaxy tea as their version of an Arnold Palmer. Say no more. Once the drink came out, I could see why it has a space-related name. Ahh finally a place where I can find a legit matcha drink! This place is so refreshing to be at because of the awesome drinks and beautiful interior space. The perfect place to chill either alone or with friends. They also have board games available. I ordered the matcha latte. All their drinks only come cold and you need to add ice to see the different layers in the drink. The matcha flavor was strong but not overbearing, perfectly balanced with the milk, and not too sweet. The matcha quality is also waaay better than the fake stuff they serve at Starbucks and doesn't have fragance that is sometimes added to matcha powders. I saw the girl mixing the matcha in the back with the matcha whisk and that's when I knew they knew what they were doing.
