This place is a lot of things: a restaurant, a coffee shop, a bar, a karaoke bar. There is a karaoke stage in the cafe, but there are private karaoke suites too. It reminded me of something you'd find in L.A. County--a cool, quirky hangout tucked away in a strip mall. When we stopped in, there were a few people who seemed to be regulars, hanging at the bar and all enjoying brightly colored drinks with umbrellas. I made a note to return when I wanted a fancy drink. The menu of Korean dishes features a lot of seafood, which is kind of cool and different from the many Korean BBQ places in Aurora. They have a lot of English-language songs available, but the videos they show behind the lyrics feature KPop boy bands. That was kind of fun. We were simply looking for coffee after a big meal nearby, so we didn't have cocktails or sing anything. But I think I'll be back for a meal some time. This place was really nice, the people in charge of the place were very kind, they asked for our preferences about everything to make us feel good, the place was clean and in good conditions, they spoke to us in a kind way and when they explained to us how each of the rooms worked they gave us several options and gave clear specifications. We booked a large room for a birthday party. It was super slow for a Friday night - I think we were the only room booked. We were told the room would fit up to 25-30 people when we booked but on the day of found out it had a max capacity of 10-15. That ended up not being an issue since we had a lot of no-shows, but the misinformation could have been a real problem if all the people we'd invited came. The guy running the place that night was helpful but not terribly friendly - he did his job well enough but had a pretty flat affect and was kind of sarcastic in such a dry way that we couldn't tell if he was trying to be funny or not. The room was great, but the balance on the sound system was rough - it was hard to hear the singers and the mics are directional so you have to practically stick it down your throat to be picked up. We also found that the song selection was very limited on the karaoke system and was missing many pretty standard American karaoke songs. We didn't order food because everything is a large family style entree and nobody could agree on what to order. Overall, we enjoyed the experience of doing private karaoke, but might try it at another venue. read more

It may appeal to very rambunctious rug rats, or peculiar adults. But for the entree, why not order a gift of friendship to your taste buds of the Bulgogi dish? A warmth combination of beef and sesame and green peppers. Almost mildly spicy, but I took a pleasure to the saucy aroma of the air when the dish was delivered and landing on our table. "A singing room?", you ask - and indeed, that is the literal translation of the Korean term "noraebang" which is a very specific type of establishment specializing in karaoke. Instead of having to stand on a stage surrounded by a bunch of strangers (EEK!), people can bring their friends into specially-reserved private rooms and have fun singing their favorite songs just among themselves. And in fact, that is the setup at Muse (although they do have a large stage for you daredevils as well). Several rooms have been stylishly furnished to fit... maybe 8-10 adults, with comfy chairs, state-of-the-art sound systems, and an intercom so you don't have to keep rushing to the front area (you'll see why this is important in just a minute). And you can choose from a wide variety of songs in English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Tagalog, Thai... anyway, you get the basic picture. "But all that singing's going to make me thirstyhungry", I hear you opine. Well, first of all, that's not really a word, but I'll let it slide, because Muse has got you covered here too. In addition to a full bar, they also offer a number of delicious coffee options (like the Marocchino with freshly-shaved chocolate, or the Saigon with gobs of condensed milk), plus iced drinks such as a blackberry lemonade or orange cream smoothie. They even have some ultra-healthy beverage options like turmeric-tinged Golden Milk. Love this Karaoke place! My family and friends came here to celebrate my birthday and it was a delightful evening. Employees are helpful and friendly. When we arrived, my group was immediately led into one of the available rooms and the guy took the time to show us how to operate and make song selections from the remote. This place offers a great selection of food and drinks and the staff checks on you occasionally to see if you want anything. We enjoyed the private rooms and there's a plethora of song selections from english, Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, etc. So many familiar songs available! :) Def a fun, entertaining night. I go here for late night hangouts with my friends. This Korean karaoke/bar is located on the Havana St in Aurora so it is not that hard to find their location. Very convenient to hang out after your Korean BBQ night in this neighborhood with your friends or even just for a casual hang-out. One of the best things about them that i recommend is that their Korean songs have subtitles in English but not just in English translation but the exact pronunciation of the Korean lyrics in alphabets. It made me laugh so hard when my American friends started singing in Korean language with me. They not only have individual rooms for the groups to enjoy their private time but also have a variety of food menu and drink menus too. Their food i felt like...was a little bit on the pricey side but the quality of food is good. Bartenders make amazing cocktails too so i recommend you to give them a try. I was looking for a new coffee shop that I could sit back do some work, and enjoy some good coffee. Searching on Yelp found this gem. This new establishment brimmed with excitement, quality coffee and nice atmosphere. The late was a piece of art with at cat picture to boot. The taste matched how it looked and it was a relaxing time from that point on. The manager showed us around and they have state of the art karaoke setup with private and public rooms. I went to Muse Noraebang and Cafe last night and had a great experience. This place is located in Havanna Plaza in South Denver. This place offers different services such as karaoke, bar cocktails, and more. The fascinating thing was the private room karaoke because you have a whole site for you and your group. They offer plenty of list songs in different languages. The site was perfect, clean, and fun. We were a big group of 12 people. The room was comfy and cool. The price was reasonable, we paid just 5 dollars for each person. In conclusion, I will back to this place for sure. read more

Loved our private karaoke and the patient staff! The remote and set up took a minute to understand, but got the hang of it. We spent several hours here belting our hearts out and enjoying the selection of drinks! I had their Electric Blue Lemonade and Cuba Libre and enjoyed both! There was a great song selection and laid back vibe; we never felt pressure to clear out for another party which was great! This place does have food but there are options in the plaza as well. Me and a few other friends decided to go out for a fun night but there was an issue with the customer service. The two people were extremely rude (the lady with reddish hair and the guy with long blonde hair pulled back into a pony tail). They were short with us and I even heard the guy mutter something under his breath to a guy who wasn't able to speak English very well. I was shocked. I understand that there are plenty of people who are loud and obnoxious in a karaoke setting, but if you cannot be polite to people then you're in the wrong setting. Even my friends that had to go out of the room to encounter them experienced extremely rude behavior. I am very disappointed and will not be going back. Immense fun, kind and hospitable staff, and clean, cool surroundings. My daughter found Muse on Yelp and insisted we visit. I felt very out of place when we walked in, but we were put at ease by a welcoming staff member. I wasn't completely sure kids were allowed, but yes, they are. We sat in the main room and just observed for a little while, eventually asking if we could try a private room--we both love to sing but are incredibly shy. My daughter picked a pretty room with two white sofas and a ceiling-mounted rainbow electronic disco ball. Clean and a little fancy. Everything was in Korean, but the staff member showed us how to use the remote and pulled out a binder listing their American/English songs. There's also a translation reference for the remote on the back of that binder. The karaoke system itself was really nice--great sound from wall/ceiling-mounted speakers, big TV, two mics. The remote allowed adjustment of volume, sound characteristics, tempo and pitch, etc. The English pop song selection was small compared to the Korean binders, but that's probably to be expected. Plenty of old standards, 30-50 songs each from artists like Michael Jackson and The Beatles, a smattering of top 40 from the past few years. Lots of Nirvana, no Tori Amos, one Fiona Apple (if that gives you an idea of the distribution.) There were plenty of songs we knew and could sing together...we'd planned on an hour in the room, but two hours were up before we knew it. The karaoke system seems to play random Korean videos, which was good anachronistic fun. Lyric display was well-synced and while I noticed the occasional spelling/word error, those just added to the experience. Staff brought us refreshments in-room, and there was a concierge phone (although we didn't use it.) They were so kind without seeming disingenuous or over the top--really invested in making sure we had a great experience, and happy we had a blast. Private rooms are usually $25/hour but drop to $20 for happy hour. All in all...cheaper than a movie if you go during happy hour, and two nervous Nellies thought this was so much fun--a minor breakout from our shells and routines. I imagine that a group of extroverts might love it even more. We'll definitely do this again and force/invite the rest of the family to come with. read more

Karaoke korean style!!!! This is the place!!!!! Found out about this place that just opened up and decided to check it out. It's brand new with quality, state of the art equipment!!!! They have a decent food menu, which sadly we didn't get to try since we were coming from dinner somewhere else. The drinks are decently priced for food and drinks and they have a full bar. You can order the basic Korean alcoholic beverages or order from a list of specialty cocktails The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and best of all they have awesome song selections! You have a book of korean songs, English and other languages like Spanish, Chinese, etc!!!! The best part is on the back of a binder there's a English translation of the song key pad so you don't have to bug the staff to translate or help you out!!!! The staff was super nice and attentive, but not bothersome at all. Oh!!!!!! I almost forgot!!! Each room has a phone that rings the front desk when you need something. So all you have to do is pick up the phone and minutes later, whatever u ordered is brought in! We're so excited they opened up because this will be our new hang out from now on!! This place rocks!! They have phones in the room that connect to the front desk so you don't have to leave the room to make food or drink orders, like a real karaoke box! They have tons of food and drink choices, which is really nice. I had the pomegranate lemonade and it was delicious. The rooms are all new, nice, clean, and the staff was very attentive to our needs. As for songs, they have the typical Korean selection but also lots of English. I just wish they had some more Japanese songs, but they had pretty close to up-to-date songs for my favorite artist. This place was a complete letdown. It's TINY first off. Looks way bigger in the pictures. The drinks are ridiculously watered down- they taste like a drink you've left out all night, the ice has melted and it's flat and flavorless. I love karaoke and and moving out of the country and thought it would be a fun place to have a send off. So wrong and so embarrassed that I fell for the five star reviews and subjected my friends to this place. We ended up just leaving and going up the road to a normal bar with normal drinks that don't taste like ass and with better than subpar service. So much fun! Just had my birthday celebration here and I had a lot of fun, so did my guests. The owner is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and have lights and a great selection of songs you can sing. It's not badly priced either we stayed for about 3 hours at $35 an hour. The drinks are typical pricing $10 and up. But I enjoyed them, I had a cosmo and soju drink. I will be bringing my family back here. The only down side, the parking lot was super packed around 7ish Friday. That is because of the dinner rush. Do not fall for the five star reviews! I am not one to write reviews but I had such a difficult time enjoying myself due to the poor service that I just had to write my first yelp review. To start off: This place was not timely in getting us seated despite a reservation. Upon getting into a room it took over an hour for an order of mozzarella sticks and they ran out of chicken tenders. While the songs are limited it was still fun and enjoyable. Room was big enough for the party. Unimpressed with the staff, service, and menu. The staff was overwhelmed by 6 orders and separate checks and needed to come back into the room numerous times. The first time the waitress came to take our orders she didn't even have a pen and paper, therefore when we finished ordering she informed us she forgot and needed to go and get a pen and paper. My thoughts on the food: Portions were also small. A portion of chicken tenders is 2 strips and there are 5 mozzarella sticks in an order. All in all, the karaoke was good and I had a great time with my teammates. However, can't speak to the quality of anything else. It took over two hours for food to be ordered, brought, and we are continuing to wait for the check 2+ hours later. Since they charge the rooms based by the hour and time spent in the room it all feels like a big scam and workers are not motivated to be efficient or organized. It has gotten to the point where every member of our party has complained and it feels as though they are holding us hostage because they have our credit cards (they take them when you order any food or drink). Any time that I am the Denver area, I make it a point to visit the Muse Karaoke lounge. The why's? The establishment offers 8 private singing rooms, all fully equipped with top notch equipment! Need something, simply use the wall phone and a server will be at your door! Also, the main lounge offers Karaoke, and I believe it is free once a nominal purchase, drink, coffee is made. Although I am a former pro musician, I don't have the courage to utilize the great equipment myself, but, I have heard some amazing folks while there, including the young waitress, sorry the name escapes me! She is 100% a great vocalist/entertainer. The food is outstanding! Although I am typically a meat and spuds kind of guy, on my last visit, I returned 7 days in a row to try the varied menu offerings! Yup! Drinks, well, I have been known to utilize my Lyft app! The bartenders, Paul and Kyle, truly give the consumers their money's worth! And, they seem to incorporate a genuine feeling of having fun while mixing a beverage. Oh, Joseph, the super energetic smiling face you may first encounter upon arrival, is also co-chefs with Paul! We walked into a clean, and well kept business, with a well stocked bar and very friendly staff. We were shown to a room right away, and shown how to set everything up. The more people you being the cheaper it us (cause you can split it more ways) don't worry about it being mostly korean songs cause there's plenty of English ones.
