I got the teriyaki stir fry (added steak) and then got another side of steak on the side. This was my first time trying muscle maker grill and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was more filling than I thought it would be, and great quality while still being healthy. Unlike traditional Chinese restaurants where you can taste the grease and salt on your food, muscle maker grill provides for a much healthier and guilt-free option that's still delicious. If you are looking for good food that you won't feel bad about eating, give muscle maker a try!

The staff was young, friendly, and accommodating. The place was small but it had enough seats for everyone eating dine-in. We definitely enjoyed ourselves, and I highly recommend the turkey burger wrap !

Ordered the MMG signature wrap to go. Gave a decent amount of protein for the price. The wrap was overall a bit dry and chicken could have used some seasoning. With that said, it was pretty filling.

The best part of the meal was the chicken sandwich. The fries were a collection of scraps from throughout the day. The rice was dry even with the tiny shot of gravy they served on top. The pasta was alright but the chicken served with it was completely unappetizing. The chicken was just 4 huge chunks of chicken I couldn't cut into until I had to ask for a dull knife to cut into chicken as hard as rocks. The service was okay however. The restaurant itself looks somewhat clean. Would definitely rather go to the other location as I've never been disappointed eating there.

I thought this place was just fine. Not great, but decent. The portion sizes seem pretty small for the cost, and if I had known I'd have gotten an appetizer. They do have a variety of healthy food options though, which I like. I ended up ordering online and accidentally clicking the next day's date and called to correct, and they said they'd make it for that day and not the next. When I showed up, the cashier said it wasn't in the system and I was more upset than I should have been because it was the end of a day on Friday and there was a done more traffic than usual and it was not my day. But when the cashier talked to another employee, it turns out it had been made! I was so happy I didn't have to wait longer. I had the turkey chili which I thought was pretty good but I tried my boyfriend's sesame chicken teriyaki pasta and thought it was kind of bland. Of course the next day they called me and said they made my food again, even though I had been told they'd cancel out the Saturday order since I said I meant Friday, but they didn't. Since I wasn't able to edit it online and there seemed to be a communication problem, I think there could be a better/more organized system there. I would be willing to come back to try the wraps which I consider more "lunchy" but the entrees seem a little more hit or miss.

I've given this location way too many chances but after receiving my meal today I'm never coming back.. the loaded potato was not cooked and just an absolute disaster to say the least. Chicken in my wrap was dry and burnt. Hate leaving bad reviews like this but I honestly had enough and hoping management acknowledges this and correct the areas that needs improvement.

I found this Muscle Maker Grill on here under delivery because I was way too lazy to leave home for food. I was surprised that I was actually able to order directly from this app and was able to enter all my information even payment. I was able to see their menu enter any special requests and directions for the driver who was bringing the delivery. We order two premium burgers and a lean and mean cheeseburger salad, which were great. My only comment would be that the dressing should have been a bit more, but maybe I should have just added for an extra one. The only reason why I am not giving them five stars is because the order took about 40mins to get to my house which I thought was a bit too long. None the less I will order from here again.

The chicken sandwich was very bland and dry. Restaurant is in a shopping center so Parking is convenient. The restaurant have outside dining but it's only 2 tables .

used to come here after the gym religiously. Last few times called in ahead of time for them not to even have it started yet. I said to cancel the order if he hasn't started it this time, and insisted he'd take care of me as he threw the steak on the grill. I don't want a rushed yee haw wrap. Side effect of weed being legalized is the staff is stoned beyond belief and smells and acts like it. Never coming to this location again. read more

Food and service are decent, but it's a bit frustrating that the menu doesn't include protein info especially for a place called Muscle Maker Grill. The cashier had to pull it up on her phone, which really should already be clearly listed on the menu considering the clientele you're catering to. read more

I'll start by saying I'm not a health nut but since I am dieting I found out about the meal plan here and decided to try it about a month ago. Being that I work nights it's really convenient and not a bad price (5 meals for $35) and the calorie counts on the meals are all under 500 calories. The staff here including the owner are all really nice. I ordered ahead a couple times but I usually just show up and they are done within 20 minutes so that is great. The best thing about it is the food. I really like to eat and that usually doesn't include what's at muscle maker grill. But for eating healthy this food is really pretty good! My favorites are the Cajun chicken bowl ( chunks of chicken in penne with scallions tomatoes and a brown Cajun sauce) and the Arizona bowl with shrimp (shrimp, turkey bacon, scallions, brown rice with a great sauce). Not what I expected....actually really good. I've tried other bowls and salads and all are very good. Never knew healthy eating could be this tasty. Very satisfied with this Muscle Maker Grill and will definitely continue with the meal plans. They also have an App where you can get free meals and smoothies after so many purchases. read more

I've ordered from Clifton a few times since I live so close , the food is sub par. Compared to the one in Lodi the food is amazing !! I don't know why it is different it just tastes so much better, my usual order is chicken Caesar wrap with brown rice and gravy , the one in Clifton the rice is so hard and uncooked, the one in Lodi is pillowy and spot on and the gravy tastes so much better. They also give u wayyyyyy more food. read more

Do not order the guacamole & chips. Ordered on Uber Eats for 8 dollars. Expensive right for just guacamole & chips...ok it gets worst. This is one of the best MMG locations I have been to. From the second I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed. I was being semi-annoying with substations and not once did the guy taking my order seem annoyed or anything. He was just like don't worry, I got this. Food comes out and the portion was so good! The chicken was not dry at all - unlike other MMG. Perfectly cooked. Good playlist too if you in and eat!! Place is clean. PS - the chairs have dumbbells in the back of them! So cool. Decent, healthy fast food. Muscle Maker is alright, but a bit expensive for what you're actually getting. It's marketed as "healthy" since the nutritional information is fully listed online and on menu.The setups are similar at each location. Order at the register and they'll bring out your food. I usually get a wrap when I go, and this time I had the Chicken Caesar wrap. It was OK, but I prefer the MMG signature wrap. read more

We usually order from this location very often BUT today their game was off. My co worker ordered a side salad and i've seen forgotten pre packaged salads that I bought 2 weeks ago in my refrigerator fresher than whatever they delivered to us. My strawberry protein shake tasted like pepto bismol, so on the bright side I won't have a upset stomach for days! read more

Anyways I love muscle maker grill I called for to place an order they normally ask for your telephone # but this person didn't even ask for my # and had a attitude on top of that. Everytime I place an order I buy food for myself and family but when u have nasty people answering the phone it's just not the way to treat a customer that buys over $40-$50 of food and tip on top of that when I buy food. Disappointed with the customer service. They will see less of me for sure. Even there has been times they screwed up my order and I still buy there food. I am done with them for awhile. 4/19/23. Can't believe the nastiness customer service. read more

The food from this specific MMG is disgusting. Just had food delivered and i can't eat it. Raw turkey bacon, chicken is tough and tastes fake. Please go to the Lodi one. The food from Clifton is GROSS. read more

I'm reading all these reviews and quit honestly I'm shocked. I ordered from here the Arizona Bowl with chicken and the Santa Fe wrap with my husband. Needless to say; my cat didn't even wanna eat it. I'm sorry, but the food was so horrendous It tasted like plastic, microwaved food, from 3 weeks prior. No exaggeration. Like microwaved cat food honestly. It wasn't even edible. The service was great, but I don't know how someone can even eat the food from here it's honestly almost inedible to me. I never even write reviews honestly I don't even care enough to do so; but the food was such low quality I just couldn't not write one. read more

Chocolate-banana protein shake: AMAZING Champion pasta: AMAZING, I loved the huge turkey meatball that came with it and the whole wheat pasta. Teriyaki chicken nuggets: AMAZING.. I can't believe how good it tasted for a "healthy version", especially with their sour cream. (My girl friend had the) Mona Lisa wrap: AMAZING everything was delicious. Not sure what the problem is but waiting for over 15 minutes for 2 small protein shakes is a bit much. Then I ask and they start making it... I wouldn't mind if I didn't have to pick up my kid from soccer practice but come on they completely took my money and then forgot about my order. Ordered the Double Down, chunks of steak, chicken, potatoes, and turkey bacon. Adding their signature sauce make this dish one if the must haves. My wife ordered the teriyaki chicken, Wow!!! I love this place beyond words. I know this sounds silly but the chicken is amazing. How ever they grill their chicken is amazing and it tastes so good and I love it. I love that the options are low calorie and low carb and low fat. I don't feel gross and disgusting and guilty after I eat there. I feel happy. I can't wait to go back and spend my money there. The lamb ribs came over labneh (a yogurt base) and the first plate arrived with the lamb cold. I asked our waitress if that was intentional and she said only the labneh should be cold. They immediately replaced it with a fresh order and handled it really well, which I appreciated. Great service recovery and overall a really enjoyable brunch spot with a lively atmosphere.

The kebab was good but the complete dis was disappointing. I had the grilled salmon. Same rice and a little sliced onions. Salmon was very good. We felt like they accommodated us but needed us to get out before their regular customers showed up. Fine we were happy to drop $80 on two mediocre meals, a bottle of water and an unsweetened iced tea. Toros can be difficult to get in but it's a true Turkish restaurant with real Turkish cuisine and beverages served without asking like hot tea or pita and hummus. This is one of the best MMG locations I have been to. From the second I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed. I was being semi-annoying with substations and not once did the guy taking my order seem annoyed or anything. He was just like don't worry, I got this. Food comes out and the portion was so good!
