Entering the store (within a small strip mall) it was around 2:30 - 2 workers behind the counter and 1 guest waiting, while the agent was trying to enter her order. Blamed everything on the owner and corporate, on the slowness of his input. She had a few more questions while I was trying to decide! My turn, I ordered. Veggie wrap, which they did not have priced on board or printed menu, but figured it's had to be same as chicken or lower in price, WRONG! They guys blamed the owner for changing the price and corporate waiting for printed menus and for the electronic menu to be changed...asking when were the prices changed they said a month ago...seemed long enough to get something printed or have the board changed or more notifications posted. The guys said there was a notice on the door, however, I must have overlooked it!? They also said my wrap came with a side (again, no mention anywhere). He said choose a non-premium at no cost...I did, my lucky day though, as I choose a side that should have gone into the premium list! (They did not charge me). I decided to stay and the atmosphere brought me Back to high school! Food all tasted the same within the wrap. I haven't called the owner yet, because I wanted to let everyone know not to get ripped off! Shame the owner wasn't there, that the worker have to deal with this as well. I'll start by saying I'm not a health nut but since I am dieting I found out about the meal plan here and decided to try it about a month ago. Being that I work nights it's really convenient and not a bad price (5 meals for $35) and the calorie counts on the meals are all under 500 calories. The staff here including the owner are all really nice. I ordered ahead a couple times but I usually just show up and they are done within 20 minutes so that is great. The best thing about it is the food. I really like to eat and that usually doesn't include what's at muscle maker grill. But for eating healthy this food is really pretty good! My favorites are the Cajun chicken bowl ( chunks of chicken in penne with scallions tomatoes and a brown Cajun sauce) and the Arizona bowl with shrimp (shrimp, turkey bacon, scallions, brown rice with a great sauce). Not what I expected....actually really good. I've tried other bowls and salads and all are very good. Never knew healthy eating could be this tasty. Very satisfied with this Muscle Maker Grill and will definitely continue with the meal plans. They also have an App where you can get free meals and smoothies after so many purchases. read more

I've ordered from Clifton a few times since I live so close , the food is sub par. Compared to the one in Lodi the food is amazing !! I don't know why it is different it just tastes so much better, my usual order is chicken Caesar wrap with brown rice and gravy , the one in Clifton the rice is so hard and uncooked, the one in Lodi is pillowy and spot on and the gravy tastes so much better. The best part of the meal was the chicken sandwich. The fries were a collection of scraps from throughout the day. The rice was dry even with the tiny shot of gravy they served on top. The pasta was alright but the chicken served with it was completely unappetizing. The chicken was just 4 huge chunks of chicken I couldn't cut into until I had to ask for a dull knife to cut into chicken as hard as rocks. The service was okay however. I was surprised that I was actually able to order directly from this app and was able to enter all my information even payment. I was able to see their menu enter any special requests and directions for the driver who was bringing the delivery. We order two premium burgers and a lean and mean cheeseburger salad, which were great. My only comment would be that the dressing should have been a bit more, but maybe I should have just added for an extra one.
