On top of the confusion and unnecessary charges, the owner had a very rude attitude. Every time I tried to explain the situation and point out their mistake, he kept interrupting me and telling me to "keep quiet." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward a customer. This place seems more interested in adding charges and arguing with customers than providing honest service. I assumed I would just pay the sticker fee. I brought it back after repairs were done because of what they told me. They had my car from the night before when I dropped it off and took until 5:50 to get a text that it passed inspection. I called at 6:00 asking what was going on with my car to be told they were closed and I could either hurry up and get there quick or they would leave the key in my unlocked car. I suspect they would have made me wait until the next morning for my car if I hadn't happened to call at the right time. Rushed over, they charged me for the inspection again and told me the person misinformed me of the fees being waived, then arrogantly said that if I'd had the repairs done there they would have waived it. That was the store manager. I had to call corporate for them to provide a "one time courtesy" of the inspection fee. I will not be returning.

They are always upfront with any repairs. Dropping the cars off for repairs or service is pretty easy. They have a simple shop and can dedicate their time to your vehicle instead of major multitasking that can happen at other service centers. They pricing is very reasonable as well. Last I checked they may offer towing. Do not judge a book by its cover, they do great work here.
