My complaint would be their lack of communication. Having brought my car in multiple times, I have experienced the *same* issue every time and even brought it to their attention: you're car could be done for hours and you'll never know. I don't work from home so I've had to miss several hours of work while my car was "ready to go" and I was the one who had to ask. It'd be nice to get an update - even if it's not as soon as each car is worked on - but it's frustrating to wait and later find out you could have picked it up hours prior. For a small town maintenance shop, Willie's is worth calling if you're in need of a checkup or repair. They have integrity and get the job done (often sooner than later) so it's nice to drive away with relief.

The person on the phone said the cars would be (first ) for inspection. Other than that; They did good work on both cars and we had no other problems. We have previously gone to the Mavis Discount Tire in Harleysville, but they are no longer doing inspections.

We met Gary last week and he assisted us with our questions and helped me with a test drive too. I explained I was coming in the following Saturday to purchase the car. I had made an appointment for 9:30 am. He was ready and waiting for me. A week prior I was pretty overwhelmed with all the various "Outback" models they offer. Gary asked me some basic questions and helped narrow it down. He told me about the key features. I'll be honest- the car I traded was 9 years old and the fanciest thing I had was WiFi. So to say I was overwhelmed is an understatement! After the car was purchased, I was shown how to download this nifty app (it's optional) but I thought it was worth it. Additionally Pete was helpful and gives a tutorial about the electronic features and made learning it relatively easy. He helped us sync the phones to the car and showed us how to use everything from the radio to the cruise control. I know enough to be able to use the radio and to drive the car. . Gary English was extremely helpful and made the process painless, fast and easy. The other Gary (finance manager) made the paperwork flow efficienyly. I highly recommend Piazza Suburu. If you go tell them I referred you and I'll get 50$ if you buy! Take advantage of their 50$ gift card too just for test driving it! They're moving to a brand spankin new location in early March. Woot woot!! I love their existing location because it's close. I don't love the lot which is chock full o potholes.

To my surprise, they are now telling me that the time period is 2 years or 24,000 miles. I just had my second oil change at 22,000 miles so even if it was within their timeframe my oil would not have been ready for the change. Other services were provided with the last oil change that added up to about 450.00! Now imagine losing a lifetime honda owner as a customer BECAUSE OF AN OIL CHANGE!!!!!

Now that I have a head gasket leak, the dealership is trying to charge me $1,800 for various items. Every time they call with an "update," the price changes. Worst of all, despite being told by a service member that labor would be covered because the engine was already open for the warranty work, they are now trying to charge me $600 in labor. It feels like they are moving the goalposts and trying to squeeze money out of a customer who already paid for protection. I bought the warranty for safety and reliability, but l've received neither from this service department. Be very careful before trusting them with your vehicle or your money.
