By chance, we turned into United to see if they could take it off for us because we did have the proper tools. They said they would put it on a lift and take a look at it. We fully intended to pay, especially with them taking care of us right away! Such an incredibly nice gesture to turn our day around. All the employees were very nice, the waiting room and their garage was very clean. I would highly recommend United Tire & Service for any service work needed. Thank you United for taking care of us so quickly so we could get back on the road again!

This was a recommendation and not required to pass inspection. I took my car to a different local shop today (4/21) and was told that I only needed the gasket replaced, which is a $30 part, and less than $150 total for the part, labor, and oil change. Beware and get a second opinion if recommendations don't sound right. Also, my tag light bulb was out and they wanted to charge me $37 to replace it- $1.99 for the bulb and the rest was labor.
