Seasoning and flavor was great on both, and the meat seemed to be real channel catfish not the cheaper swai catfish most restaurants used. I asked my waitress if it was local Texas meat or imported, she said that it was imported. The dining area was pretty basic but well kept and clean. Over all we were very glad we gave it a try, I can't speak on the crab or other boiled seafood but it looked like the kind the boil in a bag and bring it out covered in a butter sauce.
