I had my car go to this auto shop to have some body work done through my insurance…read more Even though it took him almost 3 weeks to finish the job. It looked great when I got my vehicle back. But looks can be deceiving. Upon picking up my car I place my truck in the same shop cuz they quoted me what started out as a cheap $300 price. That turned into over $1,000 job. My key does not completely come out of the ignition correctly ever since they've done the job. And about a week after I got my car back because I don't get on the highway too much with my car It took about a week for me to notice it but when they put my tire back on after they fixed the problem with the rim being scraped up from the accident. I've had problems with my alignment which the couple times I got in a hold of someone to report it to them they have completely denied them having any effect in the alignment in my 2020 Kia optima. They barely answer the phones they have shawty workmanship. Do yourself a favor and don't be part of the next headache and find yourself another collision shop because these people will wrap you up in their finger tell you one thing and then next thing you know you're having a list of issues that they will completely deny. I got updates constantly, true to their word and I was literally told that my bumper would be here 3 days later. My jaw dropped. I delivered the car this morning. I went there a couple years ago…read moreso maybe things are better now but this is my experience with them. 1st off The office staff I delt with was very professional so no complaints there, however whoever does the body and paint work at that time may not have been the best. I needed a rear quater panel repaired that was crushed in by a car, rear tail light replaced and a new rear bumper installed. Nothing to car was there about a week I was called to pick it up it looked great For about 6 months, If I remember correctly was right about when the warranty ran out. 1st thing I noticed was the paint was peeling off the rear bumper, There was no primer underneath now I am aware that some of these bumpers do not need it so perhaps that is why either way the paint did not stick. 2 years later the rear quater panel is completely cracked not aligned with the bumper at all anymore. The reason it is cracked because that is how much body filler they used (bondo) there was almost a quarter inch of body filler in the back quarter panel alone and now has the bondo cracking and falling out and there is rust underneath. Usually you would try to pull the Dent out a little better before you would use body filler as the final thin top Coat. I'm well aware of how body work is done since I had classic cars growing up. So I guess your mileage may vary at this place one star from me... shoddy work.

I had just bought my son a used car and we took it their because the engine light came on. Turned out to be a very easy fix but additionally the time he took to educate my son on his car, proper care and how the part works and why the sensor went off was really honorable. I ended up bringing my 2015 Nissan Sentra in because it just hit 100k miles and he told me it was running great and didn't charge me for the things I didn't need. He continued to educate me on things I should not do with the type of car I have to not encounter issues in the future. He's our new mechanic for everything now for both my son and I and in the three instances we've come to him, he seems like a genuine person who operates on building trust and letting that be the reason to earn loyalty. Highly recommend him! Him and his son are really nice and know their stuff.
