This guy was fast, fair, friendly and not at all demeaning that I couldn't/did not want to put my spare on. I had a flat tire when I came out from work. He didn't fix the flat; what he did was put on the spare ("the donut") for me and made sure it was inflated and ready to go. He also checked the pressure in my other three tires. I didn't know what to expect when he arrived. I forgot to ask what kind of service I was getting. He's not a tow truck or a mobile tire repair service. He has a van with equipment inside to get you on the road again. In my case this was to change the tire to the spare. He also jump starts vehicles, unlocks them, and brings gas if you've run out. If you don't have a functional spare, I would say this is not the service you need if you get a flat. After he changed the tire and aired the others, he made sure I knew where the closet tire shop was and told me what time they closed. He also gave me some tips and warnings about driving on the donut. He helped make a bad day a little brighter. read more

When I moved to Austin I stayed at an airbnb and after 3 days someone stole the wheels of my car and I was in shock when it happened and didn't know what to do. After I bought new wheels and tires for the car I had to find someone who could lift the car up carefully and who had low profile jacks so it would work with my car. I tried at least 5 other places before calling Murphy's law and when I spoke to him I felt confident he could handle it. When he should up and pulled out multiple jack I knew he was the man for the job. He got the car off the block and back on the road in an hour and didn't damage anything. These guys are fantastic. I came home from vacation and found my front wheel was flat. I called them on a Sunday and they were able to get someone to come out the next morning to switch it for the spare for 75 bucks. The other place I called would only do it for 150. These guys are legit! Wouldn't you know I would get a flat tire on the coldest and rainiest day of the month. I called these guys assuming it would be a couple of hours so I started cancelling appointments. In about 10 minutes from my call, sweet Justin rolled up with a smile on his face and hustled to get me back on the road. My daughter and her friend got a flat on their way home from the UT campus. We found Murphy's Law on Yelp and I called. The owner was there in 15-20 minutes and had them back on the road in no time! He was quite personable and very professional. My daughter has to use a power wheelchair and the modified van her friend was driving is the only vehicle she can travel in.
