Jacob and his son arrived on time. Jacob (owner) knows his s##t. They listened to our requests and investigated inside / outside with game plan. They discussed cleared what was / was not possible. They delivered a quote on site - a huge savings in time. We continued getting other quotes most were higher by as much as 2x. Jacob followed up with us after a week and we awarded the job. They started within a few days with a staff who were true professionals (Juan and Anthony) knew the trade and quality was paramount. They kept us updated all the way. Upon completion I was texted by the owner for an increase of 300.00 It was more of a demand unprofessional text. I was thrown off by the aggressive text but in the spirit of being non combative agreed to pay the 1,500.00 Not even a half hour later I was given an invoice for almost 1,700.00. When I questioned it I was told I was a crybaby and that if I didn't pay it they would come strip everything off my property. I explained I would send him a check as we agreed and he has been texting me threatening messages all night. I'm not sure if he is drunk or high? I would consider looking elsewhere if I was you.
