The cooks forgot a second patty on one of my burgers. The French fries are yummy. I wish there were more tacos instead of 2. The building was really big, they need to put up a bathroom sign to help people where it's at. Overall, I would say it went well.

It's really a beautiful location along the river. I tried to make reservations which they said they don't take reservations, then when we got there, they wouldn't let us sit in a specific area because they said they were expecting a group of people so we asked about the reservation situation and they said they must be friends of the owner. Anyways, the food options are very good. They even have pizza. So I have no problem with the food or the location, it was more just bad service and a big mixup on one of my friends meal and so he had to watch while we all ate. He didn't get an apology from anyone which surprised me. I got the power bowl which was very good but I was confused when they brought it because it didn't look like a bowl full of ingredients, it was like a plate of ingredients more like fajita ingredients. But like I said, I did enjoy it very much. One of the people in our party got a salad with salmon on it, and she said it was very heavy with spices which she didn't think she saw listed in the menu. One of my sons got a pizza and he absolutely loved it and then two people got hamburgers which they loved also along with the great french fries. Although I only gave it three stars, I would come back here again hoping that maybe it was just one bad waitress. She rarely checked on us. In fact I don't think she checked on us at all because I had to flag her down to get carry out boxes and she didn't bring a lot of the Side ingredients we had asked for like someone asked for ranch dressing, mine was supposed to come with sour cream and salsa, and another person didn't get their side of cheese.

From the…read moremoment we walked in, the service was impeccable--attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being overbearing. We ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza, and it was absolutely amazing. The crust had that perfect balance of crisp and chew, the sauce was flavorful without overpowering, and the cheese-to-pepperoni ratio was spot on. You can tell they take pride in what comes out of their kitchen. That said, as great as the pizza was, their calzones are even better. Packed with flavor, perfectly baked, and generously filled, they're easily some of the best around. The atmosphere definitely leans toward a lively bar scene, which adds to the charm. It's casual, energetic, and fun--but don't let that fool you. The food quality is better than most chain restaurants by a long shot. Tony J's delivers the kind of experience that keeps you coming back.

This place is mostly always good because of the service especially Cecelia and coco they are great…read moreat serving and coco is very kind and down to earth and very good at the recommendations but the food is a bit iffy I got a very very undercooked steak and had to send it back twice then I just gave up on it and had it get taken off the bill so they gave me their new shake which was very good. The inside is sick to, the service in there is the cornerstone of the restaurant but they really need to make a step getting into the food to make it better.

Your service is terrible, your food is mediocre at best, and the entire place feels poorly run. We came in with a party of 12... and you just lost all 12 of us as customers. The waitress was completely ineffective. Orders were missed, timing was all over the place, and communication was nonexistent. Some of our group finished eating before one person even got their food -- that's unacceptable. Let's talk about the food and presentation: * Fry baskets? Just awkward and unnecessary. * Pretzel with beer cheese -- the pretzel was literally sitting in the cheese, which had a skin on it... so it was either microwaved or sitting way too long. * Beer wasn't cold -- just "kind of" cold. Big difference. * Beer selection is weak and oddly repetitive (how many reds do you need?). * If I had to guess, your beer lines haven't been cleaned in a long time. The burger tasted like a frozen patty -- nothing special at all. The "hot honey fish"? It tasted like straight-up bottled sauce -- like Asian Zing from Buffalo Wild Wings. Not good, not creative. We were told a manager would come by -- never happened. If someone did and that was your manager, you've got a bigger problem. Operationally, this place is a mess: * 3 hostesses for a restaurant this size? Why not have food runners instead? * We didn't receive a significant portion of what we ordered * The dining area is dirty * The parking lot is in rough shape At some point, you've got to be honest with yourselves. Don't get me wrong, I totally get that stress that many restaurants are under in getting quality employees, let alone enough employees to run a shift and understanding that I am very forgiving about maybe a little extra time it takes to take your order or get your food out. That wasn't the issue here. No one took an order until we asked 3 times, which even in the most forgiving situations is unacceptable. I'm trying to give you money yo and it was early. Food wise, when you read the menu it all sounds spectacular, but my friends ordered a few items and they both said that it was quite flavorless and honestly that's how I felt about my drink. Switched to beer after. Speakeasy implies a level of expertise in cocktails not sugary run of the mill. Like I said in my opening salvo, this is a beautiful location. I would love to think that this a great spot to rent out of an event or party but I will be honest, I'm not sure what kind of experience you will be getting. Attention detail doesn't seem to be their strong suit, if you want an example, check out their website and look at their hours. What's going on with Thursday?
